“The customer service here was amazing last night. I rushed to order cookies for the family ran into the store to pick them up then realized I ordered the wrong thing. I said something to the young man working about how I could believe i ordered the wrong thing and the 2 staff members quickly asked about my issue and fixed it without me even asking. “Today we visited for the first time! Newbies to making our own Boba tea but also not super experienced in it in general. The owner was there and was so kind and walked us through the process. Offered samples of any tea we wanted, gave ideas for mixes based on general flavors we liked, and made suggestions we had not considered that turned out to make the drink so much better. He helped my 7 year old put hers together and let her do it. Made her feel special! He was overall such a nice guy and great to chat with. The place is super clean and welcoming and there are a ton of board games and several arcade type games to play. Such a great environment for the whole family. Everything was tasty and super affordable AND they offer a great military discount which was a fun bonus. I can see my family coming back many times for fun drinks and some quality game time together.“

“Five star rating for the pastries and desserts and breads. I didn’t try any beverages so I can’t speak to those this time. It was a cute little environment. I’m slightly confused by the decor, but not mad at it. There’s a lot to look at and a lot of options so take your time before you choose. I really don’t think you could go wrong as long as you stick to your own flavor profile. I enjoyed a Yuzu cheesecake and a lemoncello cake. Both were incredible.“

“They knocked my cake out of The park not only did the cake look amazing. It tasted absolutely delicious.! The lady that helped me fill out all the paperwork was super helpful very friendly five stars a must if you’re going to get a cake, cupcake cupcakes, etc.!“

“We came to this location to try the Cinnabons at Cinnaholic for the first time. The location is great, right off of 301 but the parking is terrible. The store is clean and a good size to have a quick bite in. There were 2 young ladies working in the store. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I got the apple pie topping on my Cinnabon. They delivered it hot and it was very tasty. The inner part of the bun is slightly doughy which maybe by design. The taste is very similar to there leading competitor. What I will say is the owner was there and she appears to be a micromanager. Instead of greeting customers and explaining the extended period of time we had to wait for our food in a very quiet store, or helping her workers out with task, she leaned on the back counter and watched the employees work. I don’t think the franchise training in leadership or customer service was effective in her case.“

“I regularly visit both the café and dining locations, and both have a wonderful ambiance for solo working (reading, studying, etc.), as well as meeting with friends for coffee. Scrumptious and interesting food fare, and truly warm and memorable service. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been lovely, but special mention to Eric, Daniel, and Grant, whose hospitality has been inviting and impeccable every time. Always looking forward to my next visit!“

“Selecting the Palate Pleasers was above and beyond the best choice we made for our wedding day. Amy was so kind and truly made us feel special on our wedding day. We had a few rough ideas of what we wanted, but her suggestions really made our menu come together perfectly. The food was so delicious, our guests raved about it. My husband and I ate the leftovers for a week straight and were still sad when we ran out. I truly can't thank Amy and Eric more, we will absolutely be coming back to Annapolis for their food again!“

“Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Sprouts for providing great service and food options to the community! You will see me again soon! Gluten free, Dairy free, or Flexitarian, check them out!“
