Let me explain, We ordered from Va thru the Crumbl app and was delivered thru DoorDash well the DoorDash driver left the cookies on the doorstep and well the ants had a nice dinner. So when our graduate came home to her gift she got a surprise of ants on her beautiful cookies. So when she called us we were so upset. So we called the store and they called their owner. And boy did he go out of his way to make it right! He made another order and had it delivered from the store personally. Wow! What amazing customer service! “I had some of your gluten free cupcakes at an event last weekend, and they were the best I've ever tasted. Several of the guests ate them "by mistake" and were questioning if they were really gluten free. The host sent me home with some, too. My husband tried one and also questioned if they were really gluten free. Soooo yummy! I had a snickerdoodle one, chocolate with white frosting, yellow with chocolate frosting and who knows what else. Divine, I tell you!“

“Today we visited for the first time! Newbies to making our own Boba tea but also not super experienced in it in general. The owner was there and was so kind and walked us through the process. Offered samples of any tea we wanted, gave ideas for mixes based on general flavors we liked, and made suggestions we had not considered that turned out to make the drink so much better. He helped my 7 year old put hers together and let her do it. Made her feel special! He was overall such a nice guy and great to chat with. The place is super clean and welcoming and there are a ton of board games and several arcade type games to play. Such a great environment for the whole family. Everything was tasty and super affordable AND they offer a great military discount which was a fun bonus. I can see my family coming back many times for fun drinks and some quality game time together.“

“The chocolate chip is a family fav love how they have different flavors monthly the tres leches was amazing only thing I’d recommend is if they would have forks or spoons. Sometimes their flavors are a bit too sweet and other times I’ve gotten their flavors and they’re amazing. Overpriced treats but they’re good“

“I regularly visit both the café and dining locations, and both have a wonderful ambiance for solo working (reading, studying, etc.), as well as meeting with friends for coffee. Scrumptious and interesting food fare, and truly warm and memorable service. “I wandered into this deli looking for some donuts at 4:30pm after having a rough day. I knew it was a long shot that there would even be any donuts so late in the day. When I walked in, the display was empty and the lovely owner (I'm assuming) came out and saw my disappointment. I told her I was hoping for donuts but will have to come back another time. She insisted I stay, ran to the back, and made me a dozen fresh donuts! I know she was packing up for the day, and did not have to make any extra effort, but she went above and beyond, and with so much kindness. What a sweet angel! And most importantly, the donuts were delicious and my kids were very pleased with the selection.“

“I was in Annapolis, Maryland this past weekend for a wedding. I was on the search for a coffee shop and come across Seoul Blues Coffee. I ordered a pistachio latte, hot and it was the best pistachio latte i have ever had. The best! Get you one if you are ever in the area.“

“Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate.
