It is a "hidden gem" of Carroll County! Staff was very nice, cozy-laid back atmosphere, food was delicious. Jacob is the Manager and very hospitable and making sure everyone was pleased. “I got queso, enchiladas suizas, and tres leches cake. The food was very good but the tres leches was a standout!! I didn’t even want to get tres leches since it’s consistently been a disappointment since I moved to Maryland even at highly rated popular places with otherwise fantastic food such as Clavel. It’s usually dry, too sweet, and has weird things like coconut. This cake was simple, super moist, drenched in milk, and lightly sweet. It was perfection. I ended up ordering a full sheet for my daughter’s bday party just to eat it again. Super excited and hope they make it exactly the same way!“

Everything is made to order so you have to wait a bit before they bring it out but it’s very worth the wait! The sides are huge, definitely shareable. I also tried the ramen bowl. The regular one. DELICIOUS 🤤 fun, upbeat place to watch the World Cup games also.“

“I was doing a cooking demo at the Ace Hardware across the street. Bought 20 small pizzas worth of dough and sauce. Everything one at Romas was super helpful and pleasant! Great place to buy Dough for making pizzas at home, or at the hardware store :)“
