I am 84. I spent the first quarter of my life in New Jersey--South Jersey to be exact. Subs and cheese steaks were in our blood. Jersey Mike's is as close to the food of my youth as you can get. Their product is consistently excellent. The service at my favorite store in the chain, the Ellicott City< MD, store on Marie Curie Drive is GREAT! After many years of clunky, uninspired imitations at so-called "sub" places, I've found the real thing and love it!
The Elkridge store has added a $2.25 charge for using the Jersey Mike’s app to order. None of the other franchises in this area up charge like that. I think it’s dishonest to advertise one price on the app and have another when we come to the store. This will be the last time I support this franchise. It’s Arundel Mills only from now on. Your greed cost you a customer.
Gotta love #13 Mike's way, this place is aswome, everyone is so friendly and kind.
