I went there last week to get a chicken sandwich they didn't have any because they said they were frozen. I got tenders instead and they didn't give me what I ordered and when I called them they were getting ready to close. I went back and they replaced them and they were good
Wasn't a huge fan of the fried chicken, it was cold and tasted a little bit odd. Every thing else was good, the biscuits were incredible. But I wouldn't get the fried chicken again.
Only tried once. It was really busy at lunch time. They had difficulty keeping up in the kitchen but I'm not sure what the daily lunch rush is like. Maybe need to hire more lunch staff. I waited 15min and it got busier after I ordered. Lobby looked clean. Workers seemed efficient, not rude, but politely distant. I wouldn't go between noon and 1 again...
