“The best customer service I have received in a long time. I ordered 2 pizzas and there was a miscommunication on my part that normally results in a cancelled order. The level of customer service and accountability for the issue is something that was a breath of fresh air and very much appreciated. I did not get the names of either gentlemen but they both made sure I will be coming back to Papa John’s in Elkridge because they did a great job resolving the issue and still preparing the pizzas in a timely manner. Kudos gentleman thank you for what you do. The pizzas were good too 😅“

“We traditionally opted for a competitor due to a perceived price and service difference, but recently ordered from this place online and dispelled those myths. We were able to get just as good of a deal, their website was just as functional, their customer service was outstanding, and they're significantly closer than that competitor, too: The only issue I had was that they were so close to home that I got there before the pizza was ready (it was well within the website's projected ready window; I was not).“
