“Shoutout to the manager for showing kindness and understanding when I needed it most. As a single mom raising two children with special needs, without a support system, times can be extremely challenging. I only had $17 to feed myself and my babies, and she went above and beyond to help.

“I would like to commend the young lady answering the phones at the Minnesota Ave, NE store. You went beyond the call of duty to assist me with ordering for my mom who lives in a senior building. You don't get good customer service from young people working so I am extremely appreciative.“

“Didn't appreciate the wait on my first call but hunger is my driver to impatience so I'll be fair. It took a while, but my situation was a bit much. Given the circumstances good customer service when we connected. I love the food, but if my app didn't make this the only pizza reward I wouldn't give my business cause of the owner not the employees.“
