“I would like to commend the young lady answering the phones at the Minnesota Ave, NE store. You went beyond the call of duty to assist me with ordering for my mom who lives in a senior building. You don't get good customer service from young people working so I am extremely appreciative.“
“whom ever the person (woman) is that answers their company phone is very timid shy soft spoken and therefor makes it super hard to order by phone. I had to hang up and order online. the food was actually very good. the pizza was pretty and also the cheesy bread sticks.I never knew a papa John's was that near my home. the neighborhood wasn't a bad place to sit and wait for your pie.“

“I have placed two orders from this establishment, one for pickup and one for delivery.Both experiences were satisfactory and user-friendly.The pizzas were consistently delivered hot and delicious.I would like to suggest that the garlic sauce and green peppers be made optional, as I believe it is wasteful to include them on every pizza.Aside from this, I have no complaints.The experience is even more enjoyable when the Capitals score 5 goals, as it entitles me to a 50% discount.“
“I’m not really a big fan of chains but this location is the closest/fastest for pizza on Uber Eats. So far I’ve been pleasantly surprised compared to what I remember about Papa John’s. The only problem I’ve had is not getting drinks correct but other than that definitely recommend for a quick pizza.“
