“Exceptional customer service! I place an online order (intended to be in advance of a party) but I mistakenly placed it on the wrong day. When I showed up to pick up our pizzas, they didn't have them ready. Upon discovering my mistake, the manager immediately put my order back in, prioritized it, and made everything right! Knowing I was picking them up a little early before the party, he even gave me an insulated Door Dash bag to keep them warm! He was amazing!“
