Stopped in for breakfast while in town. East Main Cafe is a quaint coffee shop in downtown Elkton. It's easily accessible from the hospital. It was relatively busy when I was there which is always a good sign. I ordered a bagel sandwich and a mocha latte. The bagel was soft, the sausage was tasty, and the egg was a real from scratch egg. The latte was hot and flavorful. The service was friendly and efficient. I would certainly return.
The last time I visited East Main was when I was in high school; This place has only gotten more cute and comfy. The chai latte and blueberry muffin were delicious and a great start to my day!! ? cute Valentine’s Day decor! 10/10

Unfortunately their electricity was down and we couldn't enjoy their offerings but they were very nice to us, weary travelers. You can tell that the owner cares about her business and takes great care of her customers. In fact, she told us about Jo Jo's diner!!
