Staff is extremely roude, they not open for dine in, they closed the doors at 9pm. Very unprofessional bad staff.
Very Tasty Ice-cream, Extremely unprofessional, rude, uneducated and discourteous staff:
When I attempted to place my order at the drive-thru window, the employee did not acknowledge or listen to my request. I then approached the main pick-up window to clarify, but instead of assisting me, she responded with a dismissive and rude tone, showing a clear lack of courtesy and professionalism. Then another staff male member approached and told me that they can’t take the order. Highly unprofessional and discourteous behavior. The management must look into it. Thanks.
The old lady at the register is so rude. She acts like she is doing the customers a favor!! I don’t know why they have her giving the worst customer service possible. Unfortunately this is the only place serving ice cream late night so will proudly be back. Just wish I could review this old grumpy lady a review every time I visit.
