Place is definitely underrated food was amazing and clean best dam sandwich ever

We have ordered a fair amount from beef brothers and I feel like it’s gone done hill for a while. I’m just disappointed. My Reuben was very sloppily and uneven and not tender my dads burger was over cooked. My husban pizza had no shrimp which was expensive since it was seafood which we don’t mind paying if there is actuak ingredients that are supposed to be there. The last couple times we have ordered it hasn’t been great but this time I felt like I needed to say something

By far the worst sandwich I have ever had. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and the meat was old, dry and freezer burnt. The produce was also not fresh. The customer service was horrible. I am honestly not sure how they are still in business.

First time trying this place today. Everything was terrible. Turkey club, no bacon. MD crab soup, no crab. Italian cold cut, embarrassing. Will never step foot inside this establishment again.

While moving a friend into his new apt near by, I recommend we try Beef Brothers for dinner. It took 40 mins for the food, it seemed their carry out/deliveries were the priority over a customer standing in their establishment waiting, then the margarita flatbread pizza came out without all the ingredients. When I sent it back for the basil (a key ingredient) they placed lettuce in the pizza hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I told them that was wrong, they said they were out of basil . Why wouldn’t you Address that during the process of making the pizza (or ordering?!) as I stood there inside. your business. I also asked for hamburger pickles on my young sons sub, and they chopped up a kosher dill pickle and laid the chunks on his turkey They need a cooking lesson in culinary 101. Never again. Too many other locally owned choices in Ellicott City.

Food is miserable. Old owners actually put effort into it and gave you a fair portion. They also used much better products. Fries are grossly undercooked and the “hot pastrami” wasn’t even kind of hot. Called the store and they didn’t seem to care one bit. Even the sodas in the fridge were barely cold. Disappointing when local businesses go into the dump like this.

Usually great reubens...not today. They forgot the swiss, no cole slaw on the sandwich. Ordered side of cole slaw - out of cole slaw so gave me 25 cent bag of chips and still charged the full side price???

I have been very loyal to Beef Brothers for years. In the past the food was good, and sandwiches very satisfying. Clearly it is time for BB owners to make a decision, close or improve. I for one will be moving on. Tonight I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato. When it arrived, I could not believe what they had the audacity to charge me for. I literally weighed the amount of chicken salad on the sandwich, it was less than 3 ozs. The sub roll was really good at least. The 2 sodas, Dr Browns Black Cherry, arrived as diet drinks. Clean up your act or sell the business to someone who cares about the product they sell.

Customer Service is extremely disappointing. The food is good, but it is not enough for us to give them another chance. My workplace uses this restaurant for our monthly staff meeting. We place our order no later than 10:30am for a requested delivery @ 12:45pm. Continually, our order has been delivered more than 15-20 minutes past 12:45 with no courtesy call to let us know it would be late. When we call the restaurant all they can say is "it will be there soon." It is unfortunate as the food is quite delicious but the service is just too unreliable. I asked to speak with a manager on the phone and the same person said, "how can I help you" without providing a name or clarifying that they are or are not a manager. Additionally, the last three months, every single time we've ordered at lease one or more of the items ordered were incorrect or substituted for something else without any warning. Overall, very poor customer service.

French dip came without au jous, old bay wings were dry and disgusting and barely sprinkled with seasoning, asked for chickpeas on my salad and no chickpeas. Overall a really overpriced and disappointing meal.

The burgers and fries are fantastic! Prices are great. The costumer service is top notch. Also, service is fast and done right. Highly recommend!

One guy tells me they don't sell pork, one guy tells me they do, it's called "beef" brothers, but who knows.Nonetheless, the (youngish...) guy behind the counter wasn't pleasant in any capacity. He seemed bothered and annoyed. The food is mediocre, nothing special. I might visit again but probably not for awhile.. Hopefully that guy won't be there this time

I wish I could give them zero stars. I will never order from here again. I placed an order at 730 pm which was supposed to be delivered within 40 minutes. It never arrived. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I called for a status. The man who answered the phone said the driver was on his way and the food would arrive in a few minutes. This was a lie. After waiting more than an hour, I called back and when he realized it was me again, he hung up. I called back and this time was told that they don't have a driver and to cancel the order online. It made no sense to me that a customer could cancel a confirmed order so I asked the person to stay on the phone while I tried to cancel. He hung up on me again. I called back once more but didn't get an answer because of course now, they are closed. I now have to dispute the purchase with my bank. These people are the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional frauds. Buyer beware!

Today was a bust!! Typically love this place but today not so much. Paid the extra money for a BLT Caprese but didn't get Caprese. I got two tiny/thin slices of green tomato, four sad pieces of lettuce and a wad of bacon (which was the highlight).

I grew up in Howard County I've had cheesesteaks everywhere this is number one or number two best cheesesteak and all of Howard County hands down easily if not the best
