Was in ellicot city and was searching for a quick eat out place and saw this in google .. reviews looked good and thought of trying .. the inside of the pub wasn’t high end .. was normal and old styled bar . Amazing service . Loved their smile and quick service .. they had few IPas and beers on tap. Drink was awesomeee . Ordered sweet potato fries .. it tasted great .. nice quantity for the price . Wings was ok. The sauce in the wings was sticky and could have been better .. we still loved it overall. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seems my review was removed. When i went there they lied about pricing for drinks and food. Expensive as hell. They tried to charge me 4$ for a cup of ranch that i even told them neither to. I don’t like ranch. Wont ever be back. Ec has so many other better bars than this dump.

Love going to Bippy's. Bartender is friendly. Old Bay wings are great. Sushi is great too (from the restaurant next door). Also a fan of the Turkey Rachel. So, this isn't a luxury place. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting a nice bar. And when the staff is overloaded, they might take a while. It's a local joint. But I always enjoy myself at Bippy's...

The food took an hour to come out! It was not a busy time. I think the waiter came by once for water and didn’t ask if we wanted a drink. Ellicott City has some much better gems than this.

Like the other reviews this place is trash post COVID. I tried coming here on a Saturday night. Got to the bar at 1030pm just to find it closed. Why do you bother to operate as a bar if you're going to be closed by midnight on a weekend? If the answer relates to labor shortages the key is to pay people their human value. If it is supply the answer is carry other stock. Anything else and it is laziness on the part of the owner.

Bippys was a great hangout pre covid. The place is now completely worthless. They are closed at random, don't answer their phone, and if they are open, they have no food. Either operate the restaurant or close/sell it to someone else. It's so bad that I wonder if it's not a front like a few other places on rt 40 Ellicott city nowadays.

My absolute favorite Hole in the wall. It's nothing special, but the food is delicious and inexpensive. No sushi anymore Sadly, but the Wings are always Crispy. Great People, Great Food & Drinks, and Great Prices. What more could you ask for?

Horrible experience. They lied about the pricing for everything until the check came and we found out the actual price. On said check they charged me 4$ for the ranch for my wings. That I didn't order and didn't get. told them i don't want any. They said my trashcan was only 7$. Got two. charged me 14$ for long islands then another $7+ for the redbull. Place is a joke. Should have used that complex to turn around like most people do.

Worst place ever. They tell you one price than at the end they over charged you on drinks that said it was 7 than at the end oh yah and we over charge you on the drink. Owner didn't come over to talk over was a huge dick. Don't go to this restraunt they over charged three people I was with. My bro got wings and didn't receive any ranch and the owner still charged him for ranch. Won't be back to this place. If I could rate 0 stars I would definitely do that

Always have a great time at Bippy's. My fav is their old bay wings and turkey rachel. Burgers are also awesome, when I'm in the mood for one. They're always friendly too.
