Was in ellicot city and was searching for a quick eat out place and saw this in google .. reviews looked good and thought of trying .. the inside of the pub wasn't high end .. was normal and old styled bar . Love going to Bippy's. Bartender is friendly. Old Bay wings are great. Sushi is great too (from the restaurant next door). Also a fan of the Turkey Rachel. So, this isn't a luxury place. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting a nice bar. And when the staff is overloaded, they might take a while. It's a local joint. But I always enjoy myself at Bippy's...
