Place was clean, food was good, drinks options were plentiful, bartender was attentive but not pushy, place was quiet, so I could hold a conversation with my friend without having to yell. Food was proportional to price.
Was in ellicot city and was searching for a quick eat out place and saw this in google .. reviews looked good and thought of trying .. the inside of the pub wasn’t high end .. was normal and old styled bar . Amazing service . Loved their smile and quick service .. they had few IPas and beers on tap. Drink was awesomeee . Ordered sweet potato fries .. it tasted great .. nice quantity for the price . Wings was ok. The sauce in the wings was sticky and could have been better .....
Love going to Bippy's. Bartender is friendly. Old Bay wings are great. Sushi is great too (from the restaurant next door). Also a fan of the Turkey Rachel. So, this isn't a luxury place. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting a nice bar. And when the staff is overloaded, they might take a while. It's a local joint. But I always enjoy myself at Bippy's...
