Should be able to give negative stars. It took almost 2 months to get a refund after I had to hound the manager. I would never order from there ever again. Some of my friends tried ordering for 2023 Thanksgiving though I warned them about my issue. They have issues now lol. Knowing how unorganized it was with trailer full of food during a not so cold time, I'm glad I stuck with my decision to not buy from them again. I didn't feel welcomed. The staff looked like they didn't have a good plan in distributing. Staff just looked like headless chickens lol. A single packet that had a list of customers is all that store used to "execute their plan".

What happened to this Boston Market ? I travel from Catonsville at least twice a month maybe three times to get chicken from this location, last month when I went I was a little let down because some of my favorite sides had been cut out, I could live with that. Today my chicken didn't taste or even smell like Boston Markets Chicken and it was overcooked. My corn bread was a dry dinner roll and the spinach was full of water. $10.00 and some odd cents for the worst food I've ever gotten from a Boston Market. At this point you may as well just close down. You really need to do better. I guess my dog will eat the thigh tonight with his Pedigree . I don't know.

Great deal on all the chicken soup you can eat. Had three bowls for the low price of one. They were out of several listed menu items. Could be that they are going out of business. If you are in the mood for some chicken soup, then you should stop by.

What happened to the sweet potatoes please go back to the original sweet potatoes very disappointed in what they taste like I threw them straight in the trash that was one the only reason I come to Boston Market no seasoning
Food is not seasoned well. There are a few of our favorite food items missing from the menu: pot roast, meat loaf, and creamy spinach.Service is excellent. There are only 3 customers in the restaurant including me and my husband. Thus, we received fast service.If you just want your space or want to be by yourself, this is the place to go.

Boston Market is going Down the Hill, fast.When I went in, the Menu board was not on.The Soda Machine is always broken, so no refills and you must only purchase bottled Soda or Water.A Chicken place with No Hot Sauce or Bar BQ Sauce.Prior to Covid, they had both available in bottles.All Chicken places I have visited have both.Always out of items.Some people left because this location was out of what they wanted.Unfortunately Boston Market will probably go out.I asked if they were Closing that location and the gentleman said no.While dining in, another customer asked the same question.Sure looks like it...

Once upon a time this place use to have great food. This is not the case anymore. The food is disgusting now. The chicken is flavorless and dry, the Mac n cheese is watery and flavorless too. The sweet potatoes taste only like sugar. At this location, the ambiance was off. Literally, almost everything was turned off. The lights, the menu, and the soda machine. The only thing running was 2 small fans and maybe the oven. That might explain the food tho...either way, it was a terrible experience and I will never return or recommend.

Best Chicken Noodle Soup! Once I got well from Cold after having this soup. Hard to make this soup at home. It's the same amount of money as the Starbucks coffee.
