Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is one of the slowest locations I've been to. The manager was directing the staff from the line. Was she on break? I need to find a new burrito spot 😔

We ordered the steak and it was mostly the white, fatty parts. Vibes from staff was depression and they need to wipe off the tables/keep the place more tidy—overall ones across the board—The Chipotle in Columbia is better.

The Indian lady behind the counter was extremely rude, all I asks for was fresh brown rice because she was scraping the left over rice off the bottom of the container to barely fill my bowl and it was also extremely under cooked and crunchy. She also gave me attitude when I asked for more chicken because she gave me half a serving compared to how much I normally get from any other chipotle. I was then charged for double meat when I only got one serving. She also over fills the bowl with the vegetables and sauces like she wanted to get rid of it but is stingy when it comes to meat and rice it makes no sense.

Worst location EVER! I read the reviews and still ended up here.. smh. The food was ice cold! I watched them temperature check the food, and still proceeded to order, I must be a fool. I assumed it was all good when they allowed me to continue with my order, but it wasn’t! Besides from it being cold, the food had no taste at all! Just horrible! They need to do better, that’s why it wasn’t a line when I arrived.

Got my usual bowl but the first time trying this location, barely any meat, missing toppings and guacamole was really brown.

Let me start with I love chipotle and I Frequent at least twice a month if not more. Within the last couple of months, I moved to Ellicott city so this is the closest location to my home. It is consistently been mediocre in comparison to other locations that I have visited. However, my biggest problem has been my last two visits. One order I placed online I picked it up. Got home to find absolutely no protein in my quesadilla and my sides were wrong. I called the restaurant multiple times and no one answered. I also tried to resolve the issue via the chat, but that did not work. so that meal was a complete waste of money and extremely disappointing . That By far has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Chipotle. My most recent visit while Closer to closing, so I understand things might not be the greatest. They seem to skimp on a lot of things to try to conserve what they have left. They were out of sour cream, and I did not receive my side of tortilla. I’m not normally one to leave reviews however I love the brand and want to continue to frequent this Location and understand improvement cannot happen if no one knows that there are issues.

This chipotle is a testament to man's hubris. Everyday they test how low their quality can go and still make money. And the sheeple still come! This is by far the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. I hate that it's still standing. I hate the people that keep ordering from there. Please eat at Taqueria Los Primos instead. I beg you.

This restaurant is so incredibly consistent in their inconsistency it’s impressive! Ordering for delivery or pickup is a recipe for disappointment. Missing/wrong items is almost guaranteed. The app only lets you enter a complaint once, so if you do encounter another issue (read intro) you can’t! Go elsewhere or stand in line.

We have been too this location on several occasions and varying times. For both pickup and order at the counter. Each time the portion sizes and order accuracy (pickup) have been small and inaccurate. I am not sure what is wrong with this location but it is by far the worst Chipotle.

Workers are so rude, it literally makes me never want to go there. I get they’re short staffed, but they should at least be nice if not professional.

Went last night and the guy that starts the orders literally was putting a half scoop of meat in everyones food. For the amount of money you spend on two bowls, 2 drinks and chips baby put a whole scoop of protein in the bowl. I payed $36 for rice beans mild and 5 pieces of chicken. Bowls was lighter than Michael Jackson.

At least the crew there seemed to work together well. It looked like a bunch of kids or young adults. If so, they handled the rush well.

I just ordered here and they really played with me.. I sent $30 and I get this in my bowl???? This is unacceptable.. I need to find a way to get my money back!

I ordered my meal on the mobile app and went into the restaurant to wait for my food. As my order was being made, the line worker was making tons of orders at the same time, so my food was being left to get cold. I waited a few minutes thinking that maybe she’ll just do two orders at a time. My food sat there for 15 minutes before another mobile customer arrived. I could see that my order was mostly done but it wasn’t bagged or sealed off to conserve the heat within my bowl nor burrito. I spoke to the lady behind the register asking for my food since it’s getting cold and was told that she had tons of orders, so I needed to be patient despite the fact that I’ve sat there for 15 minutes waiting. It would have been faster for me to order the meal in the line. Very unprofessional and definitely not food safe. As a person that worked in chipotle prior, all mobile orders must be done one at a time to avoid unsafe food practices and bagged, so you do not mix up orders. I will never come back as my food was cold and did not have the accurate ingredients despite the long wait. Do not go this location unless you are in person.
