Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like everything about Chipotle in person service. However you get way less amount of food when you order online for takeout or delivery. They can definitely do better and serve the same amount of food.

This the third time i’ve come after the gym and they are out of essentially everything. They employees refuse to restock anything even though there’s is an hour before closing.

The young lady that works the register seems to alllllllways be in a bad mood. She's not very friendly and makes you feel like your bothering her. The food is cool but sometimes the portion can be skimpy. It's the poor customer service that prompted this review.

edit- got food poisoning and spent the entire morning in urgent care!

I came in around 6:00pm. Asked the staff if they could make more steak since they were down on steak and the staff didn't seem too enthusiastic about having to make more steak. I even heard the employee say “there’s steak already in there”. So they’re not too welcoming already. Waited for the steak to be prepared and after about 15mins it was done. Then while preparing my bowl staff members were giving me “stank” faces or unhappy looks. I’m sorry that Im on a high protein diet and that I came in and asked for triple streak. I mean that is an option, I’m paying for it and this is a Chipotle after all but ok. Then while receiving my bowls the cashier also gives me the stank face like I was doing too much with the order I just made. I love Chipotle, it’s my favorite fast food restaurant, but staff members like this really ruin the experience for me all together.

HORRIBLE Location. Ordered a bowl with guac and a large guac and chips, ALL THE GUACAMOLE WAS DARK BROWN. Obviously expired/bad. How do they think its acceptable to dump bad ingredients on customers

We arrived at 10:15pm. Location closes at 11:00. All of the tables and the floor had food and trash on them. They were only able to offer us black beans and chicken. This location regularly has poor service and in inconsistent serving sizes.

Wish there was a way to give a negative review. Horribly low quantity of food put here compared to other locations. Zero value for your money and they don’t want to fix it.

At 9:20 I came in and purchased 1 bowl and 2 burritos I was told that I couldn't get pico because it's for online orders only by the way there was only 3 people in the restaurant including myself... it's not just about pico it's about the nasty attitudes you may be subjected to because Chipotle as a whole could care less. So California Tortilla here I come.

Sadly this place charges more than other Chipotle locations and skims out on the portions. Visited his location over the last 5 years and it has gone down. Going to stick to the other Chipotle spots from now on.

I like chipotle, but this was the worst chicken I have had. It was like they poured a cup of salt on it then burned it before cutting it up. Management needs to do some quality control and give better training. They also forgot to add tortillas to the order. Would not recommend this location until they fix their issues.
