RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!Has to be on the top for the WORST customer service. Absolutely zero customer care. Over the past several visits each time rude staff, missing ingredients or something else. Clearly management at this location needs to change or learn to provide decent service. This location is a shame for the Chipotle brand.

I ordered a bowl which was veggie. Only had white rice, sour cream and cheese. It had no where near a scoop of rice when I asked for extra. I can't believe I paid that amount for them to give me barely anything. This is not the first time I have received very little for the amount paid! They need to shut the app down or retrain the staff. Looking at the reviews Headquarters may need to do some researching. How do I get my money back cause no one is answering the phone!

I don’t write reviews often, and when i do I’d like for it to be positive. However i need to complain about this location and i hope it reaches the correct person. Location is convenient and close to me which is why we have tried to frequent this chipotle. Every experience has been bad. When there is no line service is extremely slow, workers barely want to be pleasant. You don’t need to be personable child i know this is chipotle; but can you look like you care just a little bit? And most importantly the food….:. Is TERRIBLE. The lettuce is discolored and chopped incorrectly in big chunks. Every mobile order has been messed up to the max. I pay for double meat and it’s less than the regular scoop i promise you. Tonight we gave it our last try. I’d drive further out for better chipotle and that’s final. I’d like a refund for tonight, talking to a “manager” is pointless. They don’t care,their rude and the answer is no. What a waste of time and money. Owners of this chipotle…. Do you not care at all? Please properly train your employees and review kitchen protocol.

The lady on front with the glasses was kinda mean, I was willing to pay extra for cheese but she kept saying no. She was not only rude to me but as I sat in the restaurant she was repeatedly rude to customers. Worst chipotle experience I have ever had cannot say I will be returning to Ellicott city chipotle again after today’s terrible service and experience. Would not recommend wish there was a 0/5 starts. Could not get the name of the employee but she was large with glasses.
They was letting ppl stand in line for over 10 minutes just to get to the register and be told it was cash only. They should have had a sign on the door instead of wasting peoples time. Horrible!

Trash customer service!! I came here with my son. He got a burrito and I got kids tacos. They told me that for the kids tacos I couldn’t get any toppings nor did they have corn tortillas but when I go online, the corn tortillas are available to order online and so are the toppings at no extra charge. Come to find out the manager is the same one that was acting like an A hole. No wonder the customer service is trash when the manager is also. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I walked in me and another customer we seen that they fully staff went over to order all the workers where standing around on there cellphones as if they didn’t just have customers come in so I asked the young lady at the register was they working today because all of the hem on there cellphones. She stated yes and she went over and put gloves on and began waiting on the lady in front of me then a few minutes went by and somebody else came over to begin to work on my order. And the said part they were all Hispanic.
