Great customer service and fast service.
I just went in with my children & walked directly out! The guy who is making the food with locs, is also working the register. Oh, & of course he NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES! Keep in mind he grabbed lettuce & then straight to the register. Right after that, he went right back to making the next meal with those same gloves! No thanks! Just NASTY!
Unhappy employees who just don’t care. Two of them said they were out of black beans? While there were visible black beans at their carry out station. They both refused to give me black beans especially since I do not eat rice and black beans is the base of my bowl.
Worse Chipotle experience is at my local Ellicott City, MD one with Qdoba right next door where people have started up shift to. I did the same and spent my money there and got a service with a smile.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fresh and delicious food with decent portions. The restaurant offers well-cooked chicken and listens carefully to customer requests. The atmosphere is clean and bright, and customers can enjoy vegetarian options like Sofritas. A notable menu item is the Chicken Al Pastor, which is highly recommended. However, there may be occasional issues with long lines and payment methods. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill is a reliable spot for a quick and tasty meal. The staff is generally helpful and efficient, though some customers have reported issues with portion sizes and speed of service at certain locations.
