Terrible customer service… was trying to order pizza’s for a resident event for work. They had me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. I ended up ordering from Papa John’s. Better pizza and WAY better customer service!!!

I ordered 3 large pizzas. Pizza is not cooked and base is so soggy. Thumbs down ? thumbs down ?. I would go some where else for pizza next time. Pizza is too much cheese on soggy base.

This store just keep getting worst, they mark they orders as complete before they get out of the oven and never cut the pizza right, I ordered Parmesan bites and they just delivered cooked dough with no topics on it at all.

I will never use this store again (and probably no more domino's). I have placed the order at 7:15pm, delivery person arrived at 8ish with the wrong order! I have called the store right after and someone said that they will send it soon. Again I called the store at 8:40pm and the store rep told me that the driver was left with my order 20 minutes back! I have mentioned it's only 5 miles from my home! He told me to wait another 15 minutes since he has 3 orders for delivery.Basically they messed up the order, and they did not give priority for this order. No one wants to take responsibility and accountability. I have wasted my time and do not want to deal this kind of stuff anymore. I have paid for delivery and tip as almost close to pizza cost.Finally I got it around 8:50pm, it was not cooked enough! very bad taste.I will never ever use this store and probably no more Domino's in future.Vegetarian options: not at all cooked, looks like made it in hurry

Worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered online 30 min before arriving to the store for pick up. Just bread bites and 8 piece wings. Store looked pretty packed so I waited in my car until I got the confirmation it was ready. It was NOT ready when I finally did, neither were the 7 other people's who were waiting before me. I get that it was a dinner rush and they were probably short staffed, but not one single employee acknowledged any of us, even to just say "We'll be with you as soon as possible". And several of us tried to get their attention multiple times to ask about our orders. We may as well have been invisible. The phone was ringing non stop but the biggest red flag was when the manager, THE MANAGER, snapped at another customer for trying to ask about his order. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To top it off, after waiting 15 more min to get my order, it wasn't even complete. They forgot 2 of my dipping sauces that should have been included in the boxes, and i had to remind the kid to give me my extra. There was also zero sauce on my wings. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this domino's for the foreseeable future.

One of the staff there kept telling everyone he doesn’t want to hear no complain from anyone because it’s superbowl and been very rude after waiting close to two hours for my order he cancel my order and refused to print my receipt very very disappointed and unprofessional never gonna return domino I’m taking money somewhere else that’ll appreciate my money

I ordered a large extra cheese pizza with beef on half. I got a severely burnt pizza that I couldn’t distinguish between the beef or the burnt cheese. It had 4 large bubbles in it where there wasn’t even any cheese. I drove out of my way to go to the Ellicott city location instead of the johnnycake location that’s closer to me in hopes to get better quality. Instead I got uneditable trash that even my dog turned his nose up to. So thanks Domino’s for ruining my appetite and costing me money, time and gas for garbage. We will not return!!

My family and I order three pizza, one with extra cheese, one chicken ,cheesy bread, two order wings. Order process was very easy was done online. The customer service in the store customer service and driver were good but oh boy the store manager specially the store manager was rude and disrespectful. Did not want to hear my concern, nor help rectify the situation. We have been ordering from the store for a long time we never ever had issue but after this experience, I will not be returning

My family and I ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of stuffed cheesy bread. We paid to "cheese it-up" and received burnt, overcooked pizza that lacked sauce and cheese. The pizza was dry and the quality of the food was so poor we had to call the store. In hopes the manager would try and rectify the situation, he was rude and said our food was not burnt and that the ovens were preset. I suggest you have them calibrated! Looks like other people have experienced the same issue with this store recently. We have been loyal customers for years, and this is the treatment we got... I'll take my business elsewhere. I will say the delivery driver Muhammad is so kind every time he delivers and that's why we tip him 25%! The manager needs training, and his attitude will cost the store business and ultimately affect the great staff working there. Shame....

Very rude customer service. We ordered the garlic bread and instead of one order they placed two. When we went to ask regarding that , the guy yelled at us and told us they would just refund the money and asked us to leave the place

Avoid this place!I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:30pm. Dominos has a tracker on their app, so you can track the progress of the pizza from it being made to it being delivered. At 6:00pm, my phone notified me that my pizza had been delivered. I chose contactless delivery, so I checked my front door and nothing was there. No knock, no ring on the bell, no pizza at the door. I assumed that the tracker is automated, so the delivery driver might just be stopping at other nearby places first. I wait until 6:15pm and check again, nothing. 6:20pm, nothing.Finally at 6:30pm, I call the store. I listen to the 45 second automated sales pitch before it rings through and then immediately disconnects. Hoping that this was just someone hitting the wrong button on the phone, I call back only to immediately get hung up on. This happens a total of five times before I give up in frustration. I wait a few minutes and call back and finally get someone at 6:42pm. The dude on the phone is slurring his speech to the point where I could barely understand him. I tell him that my order hasn't arrived and he asks for my address. When I tell him, he says "The driver is just out there, he's out there." I tell him the order was supposed to have been delivered 40 minutes ago and I don't want it anymore, I want my money back. He says "Okay I give you a refund" and hangs up the phone. So I guess I'm just disputing the charge instead, because I'm not wasting my time calling back.

Simply did not take my order and refused to speak to me or address my concern. When I asked for a refund, they didn't talk back and hung up on me. Wait for 30 minutes in the store (after the online tracker had said it was ready) and still didn't make the pizza.
