I order the same thing every time but now I think I’m going to opt out of going to this place anymore. Service is mediocre and my drink is made poorly 8 times out of ten. It’s really a gamble on who makes you food so I’d rather not go at all. The atmosphere of the place was okay

I always receive quality service from this location. They serve great food, fresh donuts and hot lattes. Freshly brewed Tea, and if you're in the mood for ice cream, you can always count on a delicious sundae. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

The service at night via the drive-thru has been consistently poor. The woman who works the night shift on Thursdays is extremely rude. On several occasions, she has told us to come back because “the timer is running out.” After experiencing this 3-4 times, it’s clear that her customer service is unacceptable. She doesn’t seem interested in answering any questions, and because of this, I won’t be returning.
Couldn’t order anything in store, I stood waiting for someone to take my order even when multiple people were behind the counter no one will even acknowledge I’m there.

Hot lotte was given to me as cold milk inside. Took first sip on the route 29 otherwise I was going comeback and leave that cold coffee with them to drink and enjoy. These people don’t care because they have lot of business on that location. I am not going back.
