The service at night via the drive-thru has been consistently poor. The woman who works the night shift on Thursdays is extremely rude. On several occasions, she has told us to come back because “the timer is running out.” After experiencing this 3-4 times, it’s clear that her customer service is unacceptable. She doesn’t seem interested in answering any questions, and because of this, I won’t be returning.

Hot lotte was given to me as cold milk inside. Took first sip on the route 29 otherwise I was going comeback and leave that cold coffee with them to drink and enjoy. These people don’t care because they have lot of business on that location. I am not going back.

Been coming to this location for 2 weeks. Noticed I was not receiving any points from my purchases. Asked lady at drive thru And said scanner not working and don’t know when will be fixed. Thanks for scamming me out of a bunch of free points and cold brew. Avoid this location at all costs. Horrible customer service and they think it’s acceptable. Go to other location across from Normandy

Nice place. Locally run by Indian family. Every time you go through the drive thru they say, “come to window”. It’s remarkable. Anyway the food tastes delicious and they are incredibly speedy. Always coming here. Drive thru is behind the building. Always coming here for my breakfast needs.
