I get my breakfast at the Ellicott City location every Friday and find the bagels consistently excellent andam happy with the service. I have no control if someone in line has a large order and I have to wait longer. They're friendly and know me by now.

I ordered online a bagel and coffee and when I arrived to pick it up I asked for my birthday egg sandwich but the person at the register said I had to buy something else in order to receive it. I explained I already bought something and showed them my items but once again they said I had to buy something else. I didn’t want to do that so I just left, the jalapeño cheddar bagel was really good just disappointed I wasn’t able to get my birthday freebie.

If you like fresh bagels, this is a great place to go get them. They offer a wide variety of bagels along with with different smears to put on them. They give great service. Have decent parking. Have a good 👍 app. And, they have a decent rewards program. They offer other breakfast items like a jalapeno bagel with Texas beef brisket on 1 or 2 eggs 🍳. It's a tasty breakfast sandwich.
