Big margaritas, nice atmosphere, food smelt good. However we got to enjoy none of it because after sitting for 10 minutes and not even getting a glass of water we walked out. I can appreciate that at this difficult time restaurants may be slightly understaffed but rule 101 for any restaurant is that a client should not be kept waiting. The restaurant was not that busy And something as fundamental as ordering appetizers bringing water or even just greeting somebody was lacking...read full review
Poor Service! Employee gave themselves an extra tip and forged my signature. This establishment has lost all credibility.
Thanks Ernesto’s for a nice birthday dinner with my family tonight. We enjoyed just lounging for a bit in your dining room while I reflected on turning 41. We’ll be back! I already deemed myself a return customer before I finished my shrimp quesadilla. Overall lovely low-key experience.
