We took 5 adults and 4 kids ages 9-17 and dinner was excellent. From the tableside guacamole to my plentiful carnitas burrito, everything was great and the service was very good too.
quick dinner on a saturday night - greeted and served with warm smiling faces. waitstaff sang for a birthday party, owners were present. top shelf margaritas were perfect pair with ample chips, smoky green and mild red salsas. the vegetable quesadilla's ingredients are zuchinni, carrots, & broccoli; the frozen bagged variety. queso on the thicker side of consistency. shrimp & avocado cocktail sauce tasted canned and sauce heavy for its portion. sopaplillas were thin and undercooked as if they were just tortillas deep fried, not doughy at all. main dining area has large TVs to watch sports while you eat, plenty of parking. this is really just a note to the owners; possibly condense the menu and focus on the ingredients to elevate your dining experience.

This place is our go to for mexican. Take out or dine-in, we've done both and it never disappoints. We like Ernestos for family get togethers and it has been a local favorite for years! Thanks for serving our community!

Our family lives going here to have birthday dinners. Great food and good laughs as always. They let the birthday guest wear a Sombrero during the birthday song.

Tried Ernesto's for the first time. The food was really good and they give a very generous portion of queso which I appreciate!

We come here often and food is good and tasty. We like their chips and salsa, queso dip, chicken and steak tacos, and chicken fajitas. Service is also good and always friendly.

We tried this place again. It had been some time since we last visited. The mole was OK, but a bit sweet and not ve.ry spicy. The chicken it covered a bit overdone. The chimichanga was mostly tortilla wrap, and not very fried. And, what is with orange cheese? The chips were light and the roasted salsa good. Overall, though, not a very inspired meal.

We changed our plans and ended up eating lunch here. Service was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed our food- garlic shrimp, enchiladas, and plantains. The avocado salad, rice and beans and veg were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend!

I never try to give any bad reviews but this place fraud my money from my credit card. They charge me more than I signed and pay for food and tips. I talked to the manager and he didn't never back to me give the reason for what happened and why they charged me more. Please please please be aware of this place.
Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else 🤣 Expensive and sloppy, tasted fine but not at their ridiculous price point
We had great service, and a great meal. The server brought chips, salsa, and drinks within five minutes of us sitting down. The chile rellenos were delicious, and the queso blanco was amazing. The burritos and chimichangas that the rest of my family got disappeared almost before I could steal a bite.
Easily, the worst Mexican food in Howard County. Tasteless. Unimaginative.
