I have been eyeing this place for a while since I've been on the hunt for really good tonkatsu meals. It was one of the handful to pop up as a recommendation for the Ellicott area. I'm proud to say that I've found it-- the best tonkatsu restaurant. The waiter was very nice and attentive, and it paired well with the calm ambiance. There's pretty lights and seating. This is one of top favorites. Always excellent presentation and quality Japanese dishes. We go here almost every week. Best Japanese curry since we visited Japan. But plenty of variety, including udon, unagi don, katsu, fish, etc. The miso glazed eggplant and kurobuta sausages are yummy appetizers.

Delicious ramen!! Service was great except the young lady seemed to be in a huge rush. Asked if we were ready to order almost immediately after getting the menus and asked if she could bring the bill while I was still eating.
