Jalsa Indian Cuisine is an amazing spot attached to a gas station run by a Gujarati family. The open kitchen is pretty clean and you can walk around to see fresh, high quality food. Vegetarian food lovers can enjoy Masala dosa, theplas, dhokla, undhiyo and samosa chaat, all described as absolutely delicious and flavorful. Service was excellent with staff who were very friendly and kind, with a cozy and warm, surprisingly welcoming atmosphere.
