Very disappointed… it’s always the case with any food spot in Old Ellicott City. Just because a place has been there for a while and considered “local” doesn’t mean it’s good. I spent $23 on a lobster roll… what I ended up getting was a hotdog bun with imitation crab on it. Their beignets were doughy and frozen cold with the most suspicious filling I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is okay but the wait + time makes me down right confused why this place is rated so high. Bland coffee… I’m just genuinely curious why people like this place. I’m sure the owners are kind but there’s always room for improvement. From what I can see from the counter behind the register; it did not look clean at all.

Nice staff. Ordered a hot latte, but it was lukewarm. Tasted great, but the temperature was disappointing. Probably won’t be back. Was also told I would receive a text when it was done but never got the text?

We really like coming here for breakfast. Fun little outdoor cafe. Would go a long way if the staff could wipe off the tables and chairs in the mornings though. It’s in a shady spot and everything is always soaking wet if we get there before 10-11 am.

This is an outdoor cafe only .. no service , simple limited menu, no bathroom , very limited seating .. plenty of parking .. no wine … will not go back !

The third time in two weeks that I've come during open hours and it was closed. All three times I've actually driven out of my way because they have gluten-free options. Definitely not making another attempt after three times of disappointment. All they have to do is post a sign on their door if they're closed for vacation or something of the sort...

Quaint outdoor seating. Even in the rain! Too much sugar in the matcha tho. They should use pure matcha powder instead of the premixed one where you have no option to not have extra sugar. Great staff.

The girl on staff today was incredibly helpful and patient; very much appreciated the guidance as we were navigating the menus. Excellent setting for an early morning coffee on a hot summer day. Loved the outdoor setting an more intimate atmosphere. Will come back.
