Excellent homemade dumplings! Skip the appetizer scallion pancake - no flavor and just order dumplings. The variety dumpling item is great to get one dumpling of each kind. While waiting can get tea or milk drink as the two places are connected inside. Plenty of seating.

Mediocre Chinese food at best. The soup dumplings are decent but all the other dishes either are lacking in flavor or are greasy and dry. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of the food and their respective prices.

PLEASE NOTE: there is NO chicken spot or poke at this location!!! Huge disappointment. There is only dumpling district and kung fu tea.

The oolong tea was good. The soup dumplings were very good. Spicy pork had a good flavor and wasn’t overly spicy. The kids didn’t like their fried rice (they wanted fried chicken) but ate white rice. The pan fried dumplings were OK, the dough was much thicker than the soup dumplings.

I had scallion pancake with beef and the rainbow soup dumplings. The first was quite tasty, and the pastry that they are calling pancake was pleasantly crisp. Unfortunately, the beef was extremely tough, so trying to take a bite led to the pastry shredding. On top of that, it was very greasy and oily. The oil literally ran down my hand and arm.
It was the dumplings that I came for primarily, and they were disappointingly bland. Perhaps that is what soup dumplings are. Moreover, they stuck to the paper they were served on, and it was difficult to get them off. Definitely a two-handed operation. In the meantime, while I struggled to get the dumplings off of the paper, some of the contents came out.
I don’t think I will come back

I found this on a quick Google search and decided to give it a try. This place is amazing! I got the rainbow soup dumplings and they were as delicious as they are beautiful. There are directions on how to eat the dumplings on your table which was a nice touch. I got the hot and sour soup which was also very well made. I will be back for lunch again soon!

I've been eyeing Luna Hall for a while and finally went in today. I think it is 3 restaurants in one. I got jujube tea and rainbow soup dumplings. They were really delicious.

The dumplings are made at the counter, so you can see it's fresh. I chose the rainbow soup dumplings so I could try every yummy flavor.

Jujube tea is my first experience with kungfu tea and Its really good but just too sweet for my personal preference.

I'll try the fried chicken next time, but the dumplings n tea left me full.

It’s a casual, small place for getting Dumplings and Bubble Tea. Good counter service, but this is more of a food hall rather than a dine in restaurant.

Tucked away in the strip mall near Dick's sporting goods you will find this lovely place also connected as Kung Fu milk tea. You can definitely get your dumpling fixed here in Ellicott City all the food is amazing and fairly priced and portions are big. Highly recommend the soup dumplings and the peanut sauce wontons.

Don't go for the atmosphere... It's basically a cafeteria. But the food is oh so good. If it's your first time, get the rainbow so you get a good idea of the flavors. Haven't tried anything else besides the soup dumplings.

Love love love the soup dumplings!!!! My personal favorite is the mala? I’ve tried many soup dumplings in NY, NJ, and PA but this place is the best! I’m so glad I don’t have to travel far to get these amazing dumplings. Thank you!!

I love going to Luna Hall. Every time I eat from this restaurant, I want more. Today, I had the Rainbow Dumpling. I was asked if I had any allergies before purchasing. That shows me they care about the person they are serving. It was so so good, I suggest you try this. Super juicy, Super yummy ? ? ?

This place is great!

This place was amazing! A great Asian spot with great vibes and great food. The soup dumplings are a must try and it’s best to eat it hot. We had great service with Peter. He was so patient and explained everything to us. He even checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied with our choices. You won’t regret it. Come and try it yourself!
