This place is filthy! Would not even order!

Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Have ordered from this restaurant twice and both times they have gotten my order wrong. I ordered one of the big boxes one time and clearly there was a whole space empty - I was missing the pasta. When I called they told me they had new staff and that’s why my order was wrong. Not the excuse I was looking for. Never again.

Ordered pizza for delivery, it came completely burnt and the poor door dash driver had to wait 40 minutes for the order to ready.

Did a online order for home delivery. The site said it was preparing the food and kept adding more time. After and hour and a half I got a phone call from a door dash driver...mumbling he can't wait an hour and that I don't have an order. I told him that I have an order and I'm following it on the website. He said no, they canceled it. I hung up on him and called the store. After trying 4 times, I young girl picked up. I told her about the phone call and she said my order was still being made and it would be about an hour. I asked if it was being made right now and she said yes. I said, I'll come pick it up since door dash wasn't going to. She seemed stunned and said I need to call door dash to do that. I said, I didn't order it from door dash, I ordered it from you online. She said the driver would still get paid for your order. I said, that's not my problem...you hired door dash. She then said I could come up and she would figure it out. So I drove up to the store and waited while several upset customers were complaining ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, it was over two hours since I ordered. I told her who I was and she walked away. Five minutes later she came back and pulled some boxes. I asked where the other pizza was and she said that was it. I said I ordered two pizza and this is one. I opened the box and saw that it wasn't even the right pizza. I said this was mine. She then said she had to cancel my order and recharge me to fix door dash or I had to call before she could give me my order. I said, no you can just give me my order. She then said we have to make it. I looked at her and realized there was no management there, they had 5 people walking around, the place was filthy and only one older woman making pizzas. I said, I don't want to wait. She said, I canceled your order so you can do what you want. I just walked away while the line of other customers were waiting. They should just shut this store down, I'll never order from them again.

Store at 9525 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042, is putting extra charges on orders.
Somehow this was not a properly cooked pizza. The slices were stuck to the box,
NOT sure what to do.

I recently dined at Pizza Hut and found the food to be quite good, with delicious pizzas and tasty sides. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired. The restaurant felt noisy and cluttered, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, a decent experience but improvements in ambiance would make it much better.

Hard to believe they are still in business. Myself and another customer waited 10 minutes before our order was even taken. And manager seemed to come across as we were putting him out by placing an actual order. Pizza was good but not as good as I remember Pizza Hut pizza being. Had not been to one in over 5 years. Will be steering clear of that one for sure.

Great place. One of the only places that still accept cash on delivery. Friendly delivery drivers. Food tastes great. Better than the dominos next door.

I got food poisoning here.. This place use to be my favorite go to spot. Now with different employees it went downhill. On top of that the food isn’t cooked properly. My pizza was uncooked like they rushed it. Never again here
