Pizza Hut

We are not from MD (from PA) but on the way back after a flight into BWI Airport we wanted a dine in Pizza Hut which is very hard to find in these times. The older guy who took our order was very friendly and helpful. We went and got a booth and waited maybe 15-20 min. He was very nice to bring to our table. There were no issues with the pizza. However, the tables were all dirty, the bathrooms and bathroom doors/walls were noticeably covered in dirt and looks like they have not been wiped down for years. People don't realize how important it is to keep these old franchise restaurants open. Managers please take pride in your stores!!! We want to dine in not just order and pick up. Other than that, we enjoyed our dine in as a family.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut outlet. We visited after seeing an offer clearly advertised on their website, but when we asked the cashier aboutwhy she is not including in the bill she responded very rudely and dismissively.

Instead of helping or clarifying, she canceled the order and we were left waiting unnecessarily long for the refund to be processed. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and arrogant, especially for someone in customer service.

We expect better from a global brand like Pizza Hut. If you’re going to advertise offers online, please make sure your staff is trained to honor them and treat customers with basic courtesy

Need to clean the bathroom doors. Used to enjoy dining in there, after today never again. No soda fountain. Charging for red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. They don't even bring the pizza to your table anymore.

We ordered a pan crust pizza and a hand tossed pizza but what we got was a pan crust with no sausage like they forgot it and the hand tossed was basically a thin slice and it was flavorless

Bad costumer service. The Man with piercings and tattoos was very indifferent and rude. I went to pick up an order that was ready. I waited for a while until he came to the front. I was waiting Standing in front of the cashier. He came and did not acknowledge my presence, he preceded to call someone else’s name. I then moved to the side after the customer left I stood in the front of cashier for a few minutes until finally he said how can I help with not even looking up. Felt disrespected with the lack of common courtesy. Then again in the times we’re living in it’s hard to find people who know what common courtesy is anymore. This is the second similar experience I had at this location.

I’ve never seen this zero sauce, thinner than a taco shell kind of pizza in my entire life. I hate when people playing with customer’s foods. I paid for this toy pizza only to waste of my time to wait for the food & pickup that can’t even get a refund and have to waste another extra time for them to remake it.

No manager, just staff. It makes me question if they trained the staff well enough to make pizza and why there’s no one who can manage to maintain the quality of the food before it goes to customers.

The fact that I don’t have a choice but to wait to not throw my money out makes me more upset. I would’ve just gone to another place and come home faster. I won’t ever order pizza from here again.

It's Pizza Hut, so you know how it goes. The food is generally ready when they say it is, but oftentimes service is so slow in getting it to you, you can wait 10-12 minutes from the time it's ready to the time they'll hand it to you. That's a pain. And it's really not an eating place although you can.

Very slow. When I arrived, my order was ready to pick up. However, no one came to take care customers. I had to wait there for almost 20 minutes before someone finally gave the pizza to me. Bad experience.

Welcome to Pizza Hut where your order is never on time. That is not all. The order I was in to pick up for was given away.

This place is filthy! Would not even order!

Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Have ordered from this restaurant twice and both times they have gotten my order wrong. I ordered one of the big boxes one time and clearly there was a whole space empty - I was missing the pasta. When I called they told me they had new staff and that’s why my order was wrong. Not the excuse I was looking for. Never again.

Ordered pizza for delivery, it came completely burnt and the poor door dash driver had to wait 40 minutes for the order to ready.

Did a online order for home delivery. The site said it was preparing the food and kept adding more time. After and hour and a half I got a phone call from a door dash driver...mumbling he can't wait an hour and that I don't have an order. I told him that I have an order and I'm following it on the website. He said no, they canceled it. I hung up on him and called the store. After trying 4 times, I young girl picked up. I told her about the phone call and she said my order was still being made and it would be about an hour. I asked if it was being made right now and she said yes. I said, I'll come pick it up since door dash wasn't going to. She seemed stunned and said I need to call door dash to do that. I said, I didn't order it from door dash, I ordered it from you online. She said the driver would still get paid for your order. I said, that's not my problem...you hired door dash. She then said I could come up and she would figure it out. So I drove up to the store and waited while several upset customers were complaining ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, it was over two hours since I ordered. I told her who I was and she walked away. Five minutes later she came back and pulled some boxes. I asked where the other pizza was and she said that was it. I said I ordered two pizza and this is one. I opened the box and saw that it wasn't even the right pizza. I said this was mine. She then said she had to cancel my order and recharge me to fix door dash or I had to call before she could give me my order. I said, no you can just give me my order. She then said we have to make it. I looked at her and realized there was no management there, they had 5 people walking around, the place was filthy and only one older woman making pizzas. I said, I don't want to wait. She said, I canceled your order so you can do what you want. I just walked away while the line of other customers were waiting. They should just shut this store down, I'll never order from them again.
