Incredible tacos and amazing service!

I might have came on a bad day but my meal was disappointing. I ordered several dishes to go including tacos and alambre. The meat was chewy. I could not chew it enough to eat so 1/3 to 1/2 of my meal I had to throw out. The flavor was decent but I constantly had to take chewed food out of my mouth. I'm assuming it was because of the quality of the beef?

The staff were friendly and I'd love to give them another chance but this was a frustrating experience.

They took tip even though it was a takeout. The soup was too salty. The price on the online menu was not correct. (It was more than written.)

Pro tip, they're now including the tip in your check even if you're a party of two sitting at the bar. I would definitely have left more than the automatic gratuity but that's just kind of offensive 🤷‍♀️

One star because it is very expensive and it also took 25 minutes to get the food, another thing is that the food was average because it felt like they had had it for 4 days and I really don't recommend going there, it has 4 stars but because bar and the people who give it 5 stars are drunk people and the truth is I don't know what's good about it, I mean even the floor is dirty. Anyway that was my opinion

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The chicken was sad, it was tasteless, almost as if it was boiled and then just grilled on the outside. The food was not good at all. It was completely empty the whole time we were there. I wish I had something good to say but even the service was awful.

I think that nowadays “restaurants” like these should better be defined as “bar” although their name indicates it but I do not recommend it if you want to come with your family to eat something familiar. They take a long time to serve the food and it is somewhat expensive in relation to the flavor.

Boy, let's comment on something that happened to me on the 4th of July in this place during the night. I was eating at this place with a friend when suddenly a woman came out of the kitchen and her hair looked like it had a short cut at the bottom. The woman went to my table to slap me without any knowledge. I didn't want to tell the owner of the place so as not to cause scandal, but you have to be careful with the people they hire to work. That lady came out of the kitchen. One of them came to have fun at the place. My friend was very scared. Because he thought that this man was going to hit us, he told me that she was Manayer's sister, that he didn't care, and I decided to leave the place immediately.

They no longer serve Birria tacos even though it is advertised. I do know that ownership changed a few years ago.

Service was horrible. The server/manager wanted to argue about what we orderes when it came out wrong. I sent itback afterthe argument.
Got the check and she had added a $7 gratuity, for treating us like garbage.
Better restaurants in this area, that want business.
BTW: only one other person in the place.

The Carne asada eas a solid 4.5. The chorizo was too easy. Also, they don't have any Agua de Jamica or Agua Frescas at all. Also no Mexican coke. So, it was a struggle breakfast for this fat kid.
