Just an amazing place with great people always with a smile.

I liked the pastries and coffee. The employees were friendly. The day I visited, the room was chilly and I had to leave my winter jacket on to keep warm. I would recommend turning up the heat and adding colorful decors as the room had no warmth. Need to make the place more about interesting by adding interesting decors with colors

Disappointed in the food I received I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich with mozzarella cheese what I received was just a cheese sandwich with about four pieces of chicken and four pieces of peppers

Great place to meet up for a quick bite and for meeting clients and business associates. Great service and good food. This will continue to be a great choice for business meet ups.

Y’all know I like myself a little coffee. I took my boy here for lunch and he is eating it up!

This has been my favorite bakery during my school years. I went back today after 7 months with my family to get a brunch. Surprisingly the staff is so different now. There are teenagers who don’t care what you say, they make things so bad and are so rude. I still remember the manager used to come and ask if everything is good but I didn’t see him there today. We got a pumpkin latte and it was way too sweet. Honestly nobody could have had the sugary coffee. We went to the lady behind desk who wear braces and asked her if we can get another one. She said you have to pay for it. So after buying $56 food and giving tip I still need to pay for replacement even though it’s their fault they added a whole box of sugar in there?
This was a clear disappointment to me. I praised this place so much to my friends and now I’m never going back. Customer service is nothing at all. Even Starbucks replaces drinks without any issue.

Amazing selection of pastries. Great quality. Not super great service, and prices on the higher side.

I sense a strong end of the line for Roggenaut. I love a good European bakery but they have veered further away. The plain croissant is the calibrator and it sits at about a generous 5/10. Got there early on a Saturday btw. The croissant had the subtle quality of getting old.

The staff seemed stressed and were impatient while I was ordering. She was kind of short with me like I was an inconvenience. The veggie omelet was not good, it was like they threw canned veggies in the egg. The bathroom was unattended to and dirty. I’ve had their pastries in the past and they have been very good.

Roggenart offers delicious sandwiches and out of this world pastries. Great for lunch or an early morning meeting. I've bought pastries to take them to a group meeting and they always win the day.

Seemed like a mix between a Panera and coffee shop; prices seemed inflated for food: sandwich was mediocre on rye bread and a fried sausage patty was substituted for my request for summer sausage when learning they were out of prosciutto; pastries looked good but didn’t try them; didn’t try coffee; looked like a coffee shop inside; server at register felt a little rude/snotty
