I got a fruit tart here around 1pm. It tasted old and the fruit was borderline rotten. My daughter got a crookie and it was about as hard as a rock. I couldnt cut it with a steak knife. I just had to break it. The pumpkin danish was reasonable but also not fresh. Really disappointing considering how expensive their prices are. Way overpriced and not fresh.

Our second time here and will keep coming back! Lovely atmosphere, good music, delicious pastries and coffee. Haven’t tried their sandwiches yet but they sound good.

We visited this location late Saturday afternoon. Our food was very tasty. Both young men working at the time were very respectful. The cafe had dirty tables and it was FREEZING inside!! Unacceptable!! We did ask if the heat could be turned on and we were told that they didn’t have any control of the heat. How terrible is it to leave your staff and customers in a freezing cold building!! A few customers were dining in with coates and hats on. Do better management!!

It’s a nice atmosphere and services was fine, but the food and drinks are lacking. My chai latte was pretty expensive and all I got was chai syrup and milk. They weren’t even mixed together. The pastry tasted okay, but it felt like they were using extra sugar to mask flavor.

Love this place and the food. Servers were very polite and I appreciate them. The one thing I'd like to see though is larger mugs for bigger drinks when you dine in. I like ordering large drinks and sitting in.

The bakery is an amazing place. It is inviting, the staff is kind and patient. It was my first time and I was meeting a friend. She was late and a sat in a leather chair and waited. When she arrived we ordered and then sat and reminised for 2 hours. It was wonderful. The servewonder sweet treat and delicious sandwiches.

Today we thought we would give this location a try and I’m sorry we did ,we had horrible service! My food order came out wrong twice! We spent $50!!
Water leaking from the ceiling in the main dining area. 50% box was not a flat fee I was charged per item in the box, there was no sign indicating this pricing . I have had a much better experience at their Savage Mill location and never paid per item on the clearance table ! I won’t be recommending or visiting this location again.

The only thing this overpriced bakery offers are very good croissants
I have to say been to France 5 times and I give them a rating of 8. I have tried most of there other pastries and they use the same dough to make there other pastries . They are overpriced except there croissants they even charge 3 percent for credit cards unheard off anywhere else especially that most pastries are 6 to 8 dollars. There sandwiches and quiche are made with canned mushrooms ect. There prosciutto is garbage not de Parma I'm from a Italian family so I know that for sure. If you go stick with a plain croissants and a café latte
That is definitely worth 10 bucks.
