The bakery is an amazing place. It is inviting, the staff is kind and patient. It was my first time and I was meeting a friend. She was late and a sat in a leather chair and waited. When she arrived we ordered and then sat and reminised for 2 hours. It was wonderful. The servewonder sweet treat and delicious sandwiches.

Today we thought we would give this location a try and I’m sorry we did ,we had horrible service! My food order came out wrong twice! We spent $50!!
Water leaking from the ceiling in the main dining area. 50% box was not a flat fee I was charged per item in the box, there was no sign indicating this pricing . I have had a much better experience at their Savage Mill location and never paid per item on the clearance table ! I won’t be recommending or visiting this location again.

The only thing this overpriced bakery offers are very good croissants
I have to say been to France 5 times and I give them a rating of 8. I have tried most of there other pastries and they use the same dough to make there other pastries . They are overpriced except there croissants they even charge 3 percent for credit cards unheard off anywhere else especially that most pastries are 6 to 8 dollars. There sandwiches and quiche are made with canned mushrooms ect. There prosciutto is garbage not de Parma I'm from a Italian family so I know that for sure. If you go stick with a plain croissants and a café latte
That is definitely worth 10 bucks.

Update: I personally called the owner didn’t even get a text back??? Beware nothing is fresh!! Mushrooms olives peppers comes in cans!! Nothing is fresh I repeat nothing there fridges are filled with mold, I’m surprised the health department hasn’t closed them down to be honest when I said something about it my dm said wow we would we shut down if the health department came in here..they don’t clean anything properly, I found Niger gift cards under the sink they said they haven’t cleaned under there since they opened on top of that don’t buy iced coffee or cold brew or iced tea they take the old coffee that wasn’t sold that day and they put it in bins with no dates and sell it as iced coffee the cold brew looks like dirty mop water they take coffee grinds and soak them overnight but nobody knows exactly how much coffee to put in it so it’s always bad sty looking water I could go on and on but best thing I can say is do not eat there and waste your money!!!!

Don’t treat employees fairly!! Dm suck at communication! The job itself wasnt horrible … I think if you they valued there customers and staff better this would be a up stating establishment! Ani the gm was so unprofessional she let me go as she was stuffing her face and said this is prolly the most unprofessional way to do this but we are parting way and came up with literally crap as the other dm just watched! I wasn’t properly trained secondly I was let go for going to the bank to get change and to the store to get fruit which is a managers job to have to do, and what I was told by the gm who trained me, they don’t pay for you your time but I was told you don’t have to clock out to run to store or to call once at store to be clocked in is exactly what I was told to do but was let go because of it??? This is why they can’t keep people need to look into getting better DM and better communication because if I do something wrong I want to be told so I can correct it, not let go because I only know what I was taught?? So how is that fair??

Shoutout to the staff, very friendly and fast. And the place is very clean and pleasant.

We're good

I was going here for awhile now. However, there has been a few mishaps with my on-line orders recently (wrong pastry items). How can there be a mix-up for someone's order when it's in writing in front of you?

This location had ample parking. The dinning area was cozy. The service was disappointing. We ordered a sandwich and an omelette. We waited over 30 minutes and asked twice before receiving our food. To add to our dismay as we sat, our drinks were prepared but never given to us. Instead they were put in a refrigerator. We also had to request our drinks. I would not recommend this location. Three people who ordered drinks after us were served before us.

We have had better service other locations.

This place used to be so good. Everything tasted handmade. But the bigger they got, the worst their food became. Almost everything tastes like it came from a can, but it's priced as if it's all fresh and organic. It's really not worth it. I've had better muffins and croissants from Safeway.

Just an amazing place with great people always with a smile.

I liked the pastries and coffee. The employees were friendly. The day I visited, the room was chilly and I had to leave my winter jacket on to keep warm. I would recommend turning up the heat and adding colorful decors as the room had no warmth. Need to make the place more about interesting by adding interesting decors with colors

Disappointed in the food I received I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich with mozzarella cheese what I received was just a cheese sandwich with about four pieces of chicken and four pieces of peppers
