LAST night my order was totally wrong and a lot different than the same orders I have had in the last 3 months. My order wasn’t cooked on teriaki saúse but was in a cup and my extra chicken livers were together instead of separate like I ordered. This was a total rip off !! New person and cooks are terrible and rip offs. Called back to new manager that didn’t have a clue either.

That Ginger sauce is my favorite and it goes with everything. The show is always fun and I like that they prepare the food in front of you.

Excellent chef. Food cooked to perfection. Waiter Matt was outstanding. One of the best waiters we have ever had. Very attentive to our needs. Cordial, polite and knows what is needed before being asked.

The steak was so tender. The service was wonderful We were the first ones to come into the restaurant and we were coming for my birthday.

Called to make a reservation for 12-14 people and the guy who picked up the phone didn’t seem to know the procedure so he passed the phone to the manager without letting me know. Manager caught an attitude and was like “just walk in we do only reservation for 12 people” and kept trying to hang up the call. I told him to give me one second I was going to confirm if we had 12 people not the 14, he didn’t care he just hung up. Very unprofessional, there goes a couple hundred bucks of business and a customer that won’t be back. Very inpatient & unprofessional customer service.

I personally prefer other hibachi places in the area.

The food and atmosphere were okay, but we overheard one of the waiters (I think Borom) verbally abusing a hostess and that really soured our experience. I would not come back at all after hearing something like this!

Almost all the chefs are great some more than others. The food is excellent quality and is never bad.
It can get loud in the restaurant when it's busy, but it's usually not disruptive.
It can also be pricey so I don't go too often.

I went to Sakura to celebrate my aunt’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was fast, the staff were all so pleasant, and the food absolutely delicious. The hibachi performance added a fun and entertaining touch to the evening, making it even more memorable. The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend Sakura for anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful meal in a lively, well-kept setting. We’ll be back!

The workers were friendly and entertaining. We didn't have to wait long to have a seat at a table. The food was delightful! The restaurant was spotless. Overall, it's very great! I'm definitely coming here again.
