The small soondae platter, which comes with white rice, daikon, kimchi, and spicy sauce, features fresh sausage with a rich, meaty, chewy, and spicy flavor profile. Seoul Soondae is a rare find in the area, and their soondae and jaeyook bokkeum are highly recommended.
