Super cute. My favorite Cafe to get Boba/Smoothies. The steamed pork buns are incredible. The atmosphere is very slow and calm with relaxing music playing. The seats are like seashells and are very comfy.
This is a super cozy tea and pastry shop located in the old town ellicott city. Love the interior decors mixed mainly with pink and plum colors. Fairly clean.
Service was efficient and friendly.
With nearby free parking lot.

Best bubble tea around! Plus, the atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, great place to study or work, and the owners are the nicest people!
