Whether you're a fan of traditional black teas or adventurous enough to try their unique blends, there's something for everyone. (Mango dragon fruit tea is my favorite) And the pastries? They're simply divine! Each one is lovingly crafted with attention to detail, resulting in treats that are not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. The cozy atmosphere of the shop makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon tea with friends or a solo indulgence session. Every visit to Sugar Plum Tea and Pastry Shop is a delightful experience, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a taste of sweetness in Eliot City!

my new favorite place in ellicott city. staff are friendly, service is very fast, and desserts are delicious. i had a wonderful sacher torte and mango tea there. me and my friends love coming here. the only thing i'd change is two-top seating for smaller parties :)

I stop by this place every time for a refresher. We’re always welcomed with warm smile & a hello when we walk in. The warmth radiates through out the entire experience there with cozy chairs & friendly staff, it is such a sweet & pleasant delight every time we’re in the shop. Lovely people, great drinks. Try the pork buns??

Went with family, a large group ranging from little kids to grandparents. Sugar Plum had something for everyone to enjoy (not easy with this group) it was delicious! We loved the atmosphere, so cute and the staff was so sweet and attentive. I wish I could transplant this place to Michigan!
