I like the atmosphere and the staff. The staff is attentive and the drinks are good.
Some of the best pork buns I've ever had in my entire existence.
I gave this place five stars because the drinks are very delicious, the environment is nice, and the people that work here are very kind to their costumers. I would recommend going to this place if you want to try new things.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially regarding food allergies, providing solid service even during busy times. Customers can use a self-ordering machine or order at the cashier. The menu features all the typical boba varieties and offers plenty of desserts, including colorful crepe cakes and the highly recommended boba crepe cake. The seating area on the first floor has 3-4 tables with pretty pink and comfortable chairs, creating a calm environment with relaxing music. Sugar Plum Tea & Pastry also sells tea leaves and lil keychain plushies. It’s a must-visit spot in Ellicott, with free parking available nearby.
