The food and service were very good. However, if you are seated downstairs, beware of the cold! They open the back door constantly, leaving the downstairs dining room absolutely freezing! This was our second time dining downstairs, and both times we kept our coats on while eating.
We went here for lunch. The place was pretty full but they have lots of rooms and we were easily seated. Good service by friendly, professional staff. Prompt service, good food. Nice 'own brew' beer and a glass of wine if you wish. Parking is off site but there's a reasonable amount of it just a few steps away from here. Clean premises & loos, not too noisy, bags of atmosphere and in the heart of town. Would certainly go again.

Oh wow, awesome food! The Mac and cheese was out of this world! The pizza was delicious, I ate the entire pizza myself! Service was great! Oh, and the spiked cider drink, not sure it’s exact name, was incredibly delicious!
