I didn’t realize you moved and sure wish I did. Unfortunately, I had perhaps the worst customer service and experience at Einstein, so I was thrilled to hear that you were still around. As expected, everything was great. The bagels and coffee were delicious. AVOID Einstein Bagel at all costs and come here. You won’t be disappointed!!

Sausage egg and cheese sandwich is really good here and the pizza is amazing and it’s pretty cool they have breakfast and lunch here and everyone here is very friendly. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to eat here every week.

Excellent bagels and coffee. Service is excellent and the staff makes it quite enjoyable . No rush and the customers can sit and enjoy their meals.

The new location is a big disappointment. I came to pick up my usual order - breakfast bagel sandwiches. When I arrived, the phone started to ring and I was told to wait and had to wait 5+ minutes just to pick up my order while the employee catered to the person on the phone.
When I got home, I found the bagels and egg portion to be significantly smaller (super thin layer).
With higher prices, smaller portions, and poor customer service, I will not be returning any time soon unless there are some changes that align with the old location.
A big shame as Bagel Bin used to be my favorite breakfast spot. I would not recommend to anyone as the breakfast bagel sandwich is not worth the money.

Cute little spot with deliciously free bagels. Iced coffee down with actual coffee ice cubes. It’s the little things. Stop by grab a bite you won’t be disappointed
