We have been going to bagel bin for thirty years. Definite downward experience in the new location. There was no flavored coffee. The windows have been dirty for a month. The bagels don’t taste fresh. Sad.
Bagels were excellent and Jay was extremely helpful with our catering order. We were able to special order a dozen gluten free bagels and a dozen assorted bagels which were all still warm when we picked them up. They were a huge hit with our family from out of town who are gluten free. 100% will be ordering again.
ANDREW HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. POLITE, ATTENTIVE, AND DOESNT STAY STILL. HIS QUIET TIME HE WAS EITHER CLEANING THE LOBBY, LOOKING OUT OF CUSTOMERS THERE NEEDED ANYTHING… HE IS A 5⭐️
