Usually go on weekdays for lunch when it isn't as crowded. The food is always exceptional and it's a great place to catch up with friends. Service is attentive. The menu is a manageable size with good soups, salads and sandwiches, and there is a daily brunch menu until 3 p.m. which offers additional options. The dinner menu is good, too, and the risotto is wonderful. The drink menu is voluminous and there are many nice choices for those avoiding alcohol.

Three friends ate lunch together. Our waiter, Tyler, was excellent. Two of us shared the soup flight and the peach salad. Tyler brought extra bowls and a plate for us to split our food. Much appreciated. Our other friend had breaded fried chicken and fries. The chicken disappeared! Tyler was attentive but did not hover. Noise level was moderate on an overcast Monday at 12:30pm and conversation was easy.

Just love this place. Cool neighborhood pub vibe with tons of great beers to try. The food is always fresh and creative without losing the comfort food feel. I had the brisket tacos which were simply out of this world! My wife had the summer salad with chicken and she loved it! Highly recommend!

White Oak Tavern is a charming spot tucked into a random shopping center—easy to miss but worth finding. The menu is on the smaller side, but what we tried was well-executed. I had the fried chicken sandwich and fries; not a fan of the smoked ketchup or ranch, but the sandwich itself was solid. My husband enjoyed the bulgogi cheesesteak—it was sweet but flavorful. The rosemary parmesan fries were a great touch.

The only downside: service was attentive in the beginning, but once we finished eating, it took quite a while for anyone to return. Overall, a nice experience with just a few small hiccups.

I haven't enjoyed a burger that much in a long time. It was thick and cooked perfectly medium. The tasty goat cheese spread on the Spaniard Burger was a nice layer to keep the bottom bun dry. The fries were perfect. Think 5 guys fries. Fresh. The homemade ketchup was so so. It tasted more like barbecue sauce. Just give me Heinz because everything else was so great. I wish I lived here. I'm not a drinker but it looks like they have a ton of beer selections.

I recently hosted a large party here, and the staff were easy to work with and accommodated our large group. It was the perfect setting (both inside and outside). The cocktails and food were awesome, and the staff was friendly.

They have a great brunch with Jazz every Sunday and a decent bottomless deal. During the summer they have a dog friendly patio with a dog menu. Also they have a great beer selection.

We came this past weekend for my sister’s bachelorette brunch. Scott was AMAZING! We were a party of 18 and he was top notch. The drinks and food were delicious and the atmosphere was so inviting. We had such a fun time! Thank you for hosting us.

We celebrated a friends birthday here a little over a month ago and it was amazing. We had a pretty large party and were seated outside. The outdoor seating was pretty nice and had a chill atmosphere. The server made sure to get all of the kiddos orders out first which was appreciated.

The food was outstanding. We had the fall risotto and ordered the harvest salad but ended up getting the fall salad. This is where things start to break down.

The service wasn’t the best. Part of the issue was that we had a single server for our large party and she wasn’t dedicated to us. It’s not at all her fault. She was doing her best to serve her other tables and us as well. The kitchen was also struggling to get orders out and keep them all straight. All in all it was enjoyable but there were definitely people that were just getting food their after a couple of hours.

Vegetarian options: Several starters and a handful of entrees that were vegetarian friendly. Also some desserts.

Dietary restrictions: They had vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free items clearly marked on the menu.

Parking: A very large lot for the shopping center where white oak tavern is located.

Kid-friendliness: We had several kiddos in our party and since they were fed first and done first they were up and playing (without being in the way) and it didn’t seem like the staff had any issues with it.
