When you order a medium iced coffee with less ice. They messed up and made a small so instead of putting more coffee in they filled the medium cup with all ice and barely any coffee

I did a mobile order for an iced coffee latte. I pulled into the Dunkin’ Donuts about 4 minutes later. I walked in and the drink was there waiting for me. The lady there was nice and said thank you as I took the drink out to my vehicle. Extremely fast service. Very happy with my order.

By far one of the best Dunkin' in the Franchise. Took a 30 minute detour on our trip to stop here. The owners are super nice. Donuts are made better and the coffee is always fresh!

Only ordered a coffee through the kiosk. The young lady making my order was very polite and accommodated my change in the order. Have to say though that the ladies room was the dirtiest of all the Dunkins I have been in. Really needs to be addressed.

Had a truly awful experience. Took quite a while for them to brew two small drip coffees. Staff at the window was unprofessional and unhygenic. The coffee? It tasted like cigarettes. Why? No one knows. Its just drip coffee with cream. I do not know what happened, but it was worse than awful. Could not drink.
Hit or miss when picking up an order from the app. Drinks don't consistently taste the same depending on who makes the drink. Orders placed on the app aren't always ready when you arrive. Had to wait for a bagel with cream cheese after it was ordered more than 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Some of the employees are very rude. Lately, the store has had a bad smell lingering in the store. They have even burnt incense to cover the almost pissy smell. The shaken espresso drink isn't worth the money. You will only get a partial drink bc they don't wait Long enough after shaking the drink to pour it in the cup making the top part all foamy and when it settles your drink is almost 2 inches from the top of the cup.

I go to emmitsburg everyday ,order coffee and pumping latte everyday they get the latte wrong at least 50% of the time .I've had it and won't be going back.I would rather go to Thurmont even tho I live in emmitsburg or stay home.Been going there since they opened no more.

Stopped by for a quick coffee, and I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve had in a while! I ordered a caramel oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso, and it was absolutely perfect! Kapil, the manager, even suggested pairing it with their freshly baked croissants, which was a great recommendation. The personalized service really stood out. Highly recommend this spot for coffee lovers!
