Hit or miss when picking up an order from the app. Drinks don't consistently taste the same depending on who makes the drink. Orders placed on the app aren't always ready when you arrive. Had to wait for a bagel with cream cheese after it was ordered more than 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Some of the employees are very rude. Lately, the store has had a bad smell lingering in the store. They have even burnt incense to cover the almost pissy smell. The shaken espresso drink isn't worth the money. You will only get a partial drink bc they don't wait Long enough after shaking the drink to pour it in the cup making the top part all foamy and when it settles your drink is almost 2 inches from the top of the cup.

I go to emmitsburg everyday ,order coffee and pumping latte everyday they get the latte wrong at least 50% of the time .I've had it and won't be going back.I would rather go to Thurmont even tho I live in emmitsburg or stay home.Been going there since they opened no more.

Stopped by for a quick coffee, and I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve had in a while! I ordered a caramel oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso, and it was absolutely perfect! Kapil, the manager, even suggested pairing it with their freshly baked croissants, which was a great recommendation. The personalized service really stood out. Highly recommend this spot for coffee lovers!

Ordered a medium latte in the drive-through, but I received a lava hot, watered-down coffee with a little bit of cream. I’m already on the road with it. The window associate crumbled up the receipt and threw it in the trash. I waited and asked for a receipt (bc I normally verify what I ordered and what I receive), and he looked at me confused and couldn’t provide one. Do better, Dunkin’. Smh Don’t stop here. Just go to the McDonalds.

Normally this store is a 4 but today I ordered a Large iced caramel macchiato. Apparently the espresso machine is broken, instead of communicating this to me at the time of my order, the store attempted to create it using a different method which tasted awful. When I brought it in hoping for a replacement, they still said nothing and made another the exact same way. It took me asking a different employee to get a straight answer and a refund

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Good, but too high priced for a cup of coffee. Their mark-up is very high, as coffee costs pennies, especially when you're buying in volume from the parent corporation. Donuts are Donuts, ok nothing special.
There is no consistency with the coffee we get. Most of the time, what we get is watered down, missing ingredients, or just completely wrong. The management, and full time employees at this location don’t care about the quality of coffee customers receive. The seasonal college workers make everything correctly. Avoid this location and just go to the one in Thurmont or taneytown. Corporate should really do a quality check here, it’s ridiculous

Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts yesterday and was a terrible experience in the drive through. Ordered an unsweet tea and it the tea was not fresh at all. On top of that the tea was over $3.00 and in my home town it is $1.29. Sent it back and asked for an iced coffee in replacement because I knew they couldn't get the fresh unsweet tea out quickly. The guy at the window was rude and said it would be an additional $1.00 for the iced coffee. Horrible experience and I would not recommend going to this location.
