Sat in the lobby listening to the workers argue about why they forgot to make the hot wings on my order. "It's always forgot when someone is waiting to pick up thier food" Bruh. First negative review I have ever given. Only because the lack of apology and argument over who's fault it was.

FORCED TIPS… We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a couple years now and have never had issues. All of sudden some new women (assuming a manager) is printing the order receipt out and asking for you sign and leave a tip for the staff. They have never done this before! It first happened on July 13. We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks ($37.05), I paid online like I always do and went to pick it up. When she said to tip the hard working staff loudly, it caught me off guard and put me on the spot so I felt obligated to… Tonight, July 26, the order was the same, I picked it up and she printed out the receipt asking for me to sign and leave a tip. This time I say “I already paid online” and she replied “well I see there was no tip”. Last time I checked that was my choice to tip or not. I did not leave a tip this time and walked out. They have lost my business!

Pizza was way over cooked, ordered 2 pizzas, one with light sauce, the other regular - it barely hardly had any sauce (I did NOT order it that way). Barely any cheese. WAY overpriced for the poor quality of the product. Very disappointed, won't be going back!!!
