“Great atmosphere!! They had different sports showing on many TV's, a quieter room with tables by a fireplace if you prefer, and even several tables in the back by the electronic darts and pool tables if you wanted to sit near them and watch family or friends play or even join in! There was also some kids dancing in the back by the darts and some up front watching the big screen TV with basketball on, great environment. Everything we ate was delicious from crab soups, French onion soup, Buffalo wings to cheese steak, pizza and just wonderful crab cakes. All the food came out pretty quickly too. I do have to say we were Amazed by our waitress who was Awesome!! Not only did she keep coming over and asking if we needed anything and refilling our drinks, but I think she was 1 of only 2 waitresses on shift for all of the tables. We had a very enjoyable time here at Ott House and cannot wait to come back!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and family friendly. Great atmosphere for everyone!!“

“To celebrate St. Patrick's day my wife and I did a double-date with our friends and went to Garryowen Irish Pub. It was everything we hoped it would be. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was electric and exciting. At one point a man in a kilt entered the restaurant and played a song on a bagpipe and everyone cheered. The scotch egg was fantastic. The shepherd's pie was some of the best I've ever had. Even the desserts were incredible. I would definitely recommend this place for a glimpse of Ireland, good food, and a fun date-night.Parking: We parked a block or so away and walked. It was a nice evening so we didn't mind, but it seemed like there was only street parking available.Kid-friendliness: We got carded (at almost 40 years old!) and had to get a hand stamp to enter. Probably leave the kids home for this one. :P“

“The place was very busy, but we were seated very quickly. The wait staff was attentive, keeping drinks refilled and taking dirty dishes away quickly. The food took some time to get due to the busyness of the restraunt but the food was VERY good. Good Irish food selection. I had Bangers and Mashed, and it was very good. Definitely will eat here again when I get back to Gettysburg.“
