Customer service in the east York location definitely needs to be worked on. Was charged double the price when we wanted to get a 4 scoop flight. Was told they were out of the flight dishes, which we said we don’t mind. But they proceeded to charge for 4 separate scoops and told us they had to charge to keep inventory…. Maybe don’t have something up on the menu if it’s not going to be honored. Very unlikely we will be back after this and previous issues with this location!!

My wife got 2 scoops. One scoop was the size of a teaspoon. When she contacted the ownership about the disappointing size, the reply said their workers had been giving portions that were too large! Sad response.

We’ve been to the Mcsherrystown location many times since they opened but I just realized I hadn’t left a review yet!
My family (pups included) and I LOVE Ripleigh’s! Their red velvet is my all time favorite but their freak shakes are equally as amazing! Both of our dogs are so obsessed with their pupcups that we bring them there for their birthdays.
Came for a Valentine's Day date and was very impressed ❤️ Our flight of 4 flavors was delicious! Although they were busy, the service was friendly and fast!

we love Ripleighs! I was anxious to try the Golden Oreo freak shake and they were out of the ice cream but an employee offered to crush some golden Oreos in vanilla ice cream. amazing ice cream and very friendly staff!!

Sadly I used to love coming here. But, last summer I had a pretty long hair in my cotton candy ice cream. Then I gave it another shot this summer and had a sizable long brown hair in my cake batter ice cream.
