The young lady/gentleman that were working their shift did not change their gloves while making my sandwich. Proceeded to touch the oven as well as the register buttons with the same glove that handled my food. Please change your gloves when working on food service.

Everytime i order on the app, when I get to the store they are out of something and have to wait even longer for them to make the food. You might as well add at least 10 min or longer to the pickup time because it's guaranteed to not be ready when you get there.

I can't say enough bad about this location. They are always out of something. Be it bread, or ingredients. Also they never accept national promotions. Its worth the drive to Thurmont or Waynesboro to get what you ordered. My last order i ordered food, they call from a cell phone to say no italian bread surprise surprise. They tell me I can cancel my order through the app. You can not in fact cancel through the app. I tried calling, no answer multiple times. Had to drive to the store to tell them to just make it with what they have. They seemed so clueless. I hate to be this mean but they just can never get anything right here. Owner obviously could care less and I will never be back and I will ensure everyone I know is made away of the continuous problems from this location. And when I finally got this order they had not freaking lid for my sale so it was strapped in plastic wrap. I attached the pictures of this mess. Second update, the damn bread was hard as a rock when we got home. This franchisee is so bad I will call Subway to ensure they know about not just my experience but so many others in the area

You'll be lucky to walk out with a sandwich that has everything you want on it and that doesn't make you sick. There's a reason this place has such a reputation of getting shut down. Also, I watched the owner slander a blind customer for not being able to read the menu. That marked my time to leave and never come back.

Horrible Subway. As a former employee, this store has more problems than I can reasonably point out, but it starts with ownership. The crew consists mainly of young, inexperienced kids. Without any leadership figure, the store to guide them, they struggle to be friendly and make subs correctly. Additionally, I know there are plenty of those kids aren't not suppose to use some equipment, for food safety reasons, but it was never brought up in conversation. While working, I spotted several mice under shelves and behind boxes...the owner shrugs his shoulders. I also watched him tell a blind lady to use the store app. How rude! I won't tell anyone not to shop here, but don't be surprised if you get sick, told off by an employee, or find hair in your food.
I came for a quick sandwich and was surprised with hair in my food. So if you like subs with a side of long stands of blonde hair, this is the place for you!
