“Love, love, love this little place!! My absolute favorite place to get a cheesesteak with fries, and will happily drive the 20 minutes it takes me to get there. Their hours are limited, so I haven’t had any of their breakfast items, but I’m sure they are good based on the items I have gotten from here so far. The owners are friendly and hardworking. Please support your local hidden gems!

“Brewers Landing is a nice little gem, hidden in a small neighborhood. The outside bar was nice. The service was good and the food was pretty good. There was a really good band playing, and the breeze off the water was perfect. The only real negative is that the outdoor has open smoking allowed, so there are times when you get inundated with it. Next time I go I want to try the crabs.“

“We had our wedding here. Island View Waterfront Cafe was everything we envisioned for our wedding!! It had that backyard wedding feel with GORGEOUS waterfront views! Jess was absolutely amazing to work with and her love for weddings and desire for you to have your dream day is evident after working with her. She is a great communicator and was a huge help during the different planning stages of our wedding. During our rehearsal and on the day of I came to her with all the questions and she had already had the answers and plans for those worked out and she is a HUGE reason why our day went so smoothly! We love and Cherish being an Island View Couple!! Some cool perks: flexibility to pick our own vendors; chairs and tables were included in the rental; we rented out the the evening before for our rehearsal and hosted an informal pizza party as we were setting up and organizing all the decor which made everything so much easier; you get to work with Jess and I can't say enough good things about her!!“

“Our server was fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing. She took two pretty complicated orders that were very specific, didn't have to write anything down but everything was exactly what we ordered. The restaurant itself was definitely cleaner and nicer than a lot of other Denny's I've been to. The atmosphere is always very nice when you go in there. As far as the food goes, I'm a huge Burger fanatic. Burgers are my favorite food! I love many types of burgers.. My friend and I both ordered burgers. I love a good greasy Burgers much as the next guy but the grease was total overkill. It overpowered everything. Our food was quite literally sitting in a huge puddle of grease. I've ordered many burgers from Denny's and never had this problem before. Usually it's just the right amount. It was almost as if someone had poured a small cup of grease all over our food then served it to us. The food left us both feeling sick and we couldn't finish our food because it was simply too much. Other than the overpowering grease and grease flavor the food was not bad at all. When you could taste the other flavors, the vegetables were very fresh and the burger itself had a very nice flavor. I really hope this was just a one-off and doesn't have anything to do with their rebranding. I would hate to have to stop going to Denny's to get a good burger!

Parking: There are a lot of parking spots but they do fill up quick, we were there for lunch on a Friday and the place was pretty packed. I'm sure it's not like that everyday. The weekends are definitely the busiest.“
