“Real food the way Baltimoreans like it. Regular white sandwich bread for soft crabs Fried Liver and onions with bacon also. Rare Prime Rib. Just good home cooked food.They miss on a few items but,I've been going for 45 years and it doesn't disappoint. Service is friendly and excellent. Hope it never changes.“

I never met the owner but I can tell he is an excellent person. Thank you to all of my uncles friends that cared so much for him & for Hightopps wonderful service and kindness as well. I give this place a 10 out of 10. It reminds me a little like Seacrets in OC. Love the atmosphere and outside is so pretty.“
