First let me say the best food can be found in hidden spots! I was invited here for lunch and I ordered a Mango Margarita, Fried Catfish with sweet potatoes, and baked beans, OMG the food was super delicious and the bartender Deja did her thing with my drink! Owners Dave and Chef Stack came to check to see if I was enjoying my meal and I got to chat with them a little and yes they were friendly. Clout has great food. Very flavorful and delicious. Although they truly need to work on service. I have patronized this place several times and my last busy I arrived at 12 and was served my food at 1:45pm. I ordered chicken and waffles, my nieces ordered crab fries and shrimp and grits. Atmosphere is beautiful. Food was delicious and the DJ rocks. All the cocktails were very good. This side of MD needed a place like this & it's even better that's it black owned. Plus- there's a cigar and hooka spot. Dine Dance Relax.
