Heard this place got shut down. I hope and pray it's true. When you steal and defraud people to get to where you are (looking at you suckaass Dave), this is what happens.

First everything was cool I went because I enjoy smoking hookah. The coals to my hookah fell twice and I was asked to leave the bar. This was very unprofessional and embarrassing. I spent money on a hookah and drinks only to be put out of an establishment because coals fell off my hookah and one fell in my drink. Why would I spend money on a hookah and purposely drop the coals. It may have something to do with the placement of the coals or the bass from the music that caused them to fall. However putting out a paying customer for something that was not their fault not cool. I will never come to this establishment or recommend it to anyone. I have never been so humiliated I frequent various bars and lounges and have never had this type of experience. Treat your paying customers with respect and don’t throw them out for things beyond their control. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a lounge.

First let me say the best food can be found in hidden spots! I was invited here for lunch and I ordered a Mango Margarita, Fried Catfish with sweet potatoes, and baked beans, OMG the food was super delicious and the bartender Deja did her thing with my drink! Owners Dave and Chef Stack came to check to see if I was enjoying my meal and I got to chat with them a little and yes they were friendly. Next time I'm in Maryland I will definitely be eating here again. I highly recommend you drop by for some live music, live band karaoke, great food, and drinks so good it makes you look at your cup, LOL!

Clout has great food. Very flavorful and delicious. Although they truly need to work on service. I have patronized this place several times and my last busy I arrived at 12 and was served my food at 1:45pm. I ordered chicken and waffles, my nieces ordered crab fries and shrimp and grits. They were not packed not even close to packed, maybe 20 people. I will never understand why the wait is so long. If you know you are opening at noon then food need to be prepped, pans need to be hot and ready to go. It’s hard supporting our own.

Atmosphere is beautiful. Food was delicious and the DJ rocks. All the cocktails were very good. This side of MD needed a place like this & it's even better that's it black owned. Plus- there's a cigar and hooka spot. Dine Dance Relax.

Clout is a nice restaurant and lounge that has hookah, drinks, dinner, and live music. Pictured is the grilled lamb chops, collard greens, and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend this dish.

Hands down the best night out I’ve had in a very long time! The band and DJ were so on point. I went on a Thursday and I’m so glad I did. Vibes were perfect and just my style. It has been hard to find a place that’s the perfect combo of chill, good food, and fun. This is such a hidden gem and the staff were great as well. I wish they didn’t close at 12 because I would’ve stayed lol. I will absolutely be back. Please don’t lose the flavor, not many places are like this ?

I've been to Clout 3 times. The first time was a Friday for happy hour. The lemon pepper wings, greens, and mac n cheese were good, bar tenders were attentive and fun (especially MaryJane), music was on point, patrons were cool and drinks were mixed well. Overall it was a really good vibe! My second time was on a Thursday night and I brought a friend. The band was bumping, crowd was thick, bar tenders stayed on top of a packed bar but the lemon pepper wings were burned this time and that was disappointing. My third time was on another Friday for happy hour. I had a group of almost 20 people with no reservation. The owner was very accommodating and set us up in the back lounge area with the hookahs and cigars. That was perfect for us! Zee was our server and was very very attentive and did an excellent job seeing to us! The hookah service was also really good. All the food and drinks that came out were on point as well! We all had a really great time and vowed to make this a go to spot for our rotating happy hour socials. As long as there is consistency then this place will thrive! Long live this Black owned businesses!

Came on a Thursday for the live band Food was delicious! The only downside was that the music was too loud for dinner. It's almost like they're trying to host a dining guest in a club. But there music was good. The band was amazing!
