I eat KFC maybe once every year so it was extremely disappointing that when I went to this KFC and ordered my wife and I something to eat that the food was horrible. Let's start with the fact that we arrived around 11am thinking that we would be getting fresh food since it's so close to lunchtime but that wasn't the case. Our chicken and biscuits tasted like they were leftovers from several days ago. My fries were cold and stale. The only thing that tasted halfway...

The overall experience was not that well, because we didn't get everything in our order we requested fries and didn't get any. We also didn't receive any sauce when we are supposed to. The chicken was very tender and we didn't receive and eating utensils when we ordered their Mac and cheese. The food was well seasoned but was not good enough. I would say that we would probably come back but it will be if weee really desperate.

This new KFC location is nice and clean, however, as the other reviewers stated, the management is rough. I had many items missing whenever I ordered, In fact I once had someone else’s entire order of 30+ when I had only ordered a sandwich combo. The issues probably stem from the manager, as I have seen her be aggressive towards customers and employees. The employees are constantly changing which doesn’t help either.
