Bad conference coffee with super long lines.

I wanted to grab a quick bite before a presentation at the CRT2020 so I decided to walk in. I had the green tortilla vegetable and hummus wrap/ sandwich which was extremely healthy and delicious with vanilla cremeFrappuccino which was a tad bit sweeter than I expected. Could be better if it was a little less sweet.

I'm having an extremely hard time understanding why this establishment only has 2 and a 1/2 stars. I come in get coffee here once a year and have been for the past few years. Every single time I have come the service has been impeccable, fast, extremely friendly, and and over all joy. The past 3 years I have came here a nice woman by the name of a Wanda waited on me. She has got to be one of the sweetest, most considerate Starbucks employee I have ever came across.

Wonderful coffee. It was a perfect caramel latte. I am disabled and the lady who took my order was kind and concerned. She took my order at her register instead of having me move to the open register. She then walked around the counter to hand me my coffee. She wanted to make sure I safely recieved my order. Awesome! Btw this was at 6:00 am! I will definitely enjoy their coffee again.

I read some of the reviews for this place and I disagree. I have gone twice during my stay and both times the employees and products are perfect. Very happy

The coffee was horrible! Starbucks should probably take their name off of this place.

Stopped here all 3 mornings for our coffee. Only ordered dark roast black. Service was always friendly. Long lines, but they went fast.

For anything don't make or have "fresh" I'm sure it's all great for everything else steer clear. Three exchanges later and every single cup of strawberries I purchased was gross, soft/soggy, and for some pieces fermenting. Echh... Steer clear - even if you're starving

Extremely slow service. I was at the Gaylord on Saturday, July 6 for the second day of a conference. I stood in line for 1 latte from 10:04 am to 10:45 am. The lady working the right register had to keep leaving the register to refill the pastries. The left line moved just fine there were people who left my line for that one who ordered and received their coffee atleast 15 minutes before me. Get more workers for Saturday morning. Things seemed very hectic behind the counter. Once I finally made it to the register, the coffee was made quickly but it was a little heavy on the chocolate syrup (I ordered a mocha latte). I missed 40 mins of my conference because of the slow service. My suggestion to visitors is to go somewhere else.

I was at the Gaylord for a conference & The Cocoa Bean is located in the Atrium level. I was here for 3 days. The line was literally wrapped around every day. Every time I went they never had bagels, croissants, sandwiches. Nothing was ever in stock. The last day an employee was telling the manager what I said as I was standing there. He was extremely rude, very dismissive, didn't want to hear what I had to say, walked away from me while I was talking. The employee felt so bad she gave me the coffee on the house. Our conference was 2k people alone & this weekend there were several large conferences, conventions & family reunions. Why would you not be properly stocked? On top of that you close at 2pm. Why? People like coffee & tea after 2pm. Just doesn't make sense!

***Be warned -- they do not offer the "tall" (small) size for drinks!*** Worn out from traveling, after checking in at the Gaylord, I sought coffee. This place displays the Starbucks logo, so I waited in line and ordered my usual tall latte. Not until I picked up the drink did I think, hmmmm, is this a grande? Yes...yes it was. I assume the cashier somehow hadn't heard me or there had been some miscommunication (though my receipt clearly showed $5.04 for a grande). Ok, fine. I drank it. On my next visit day or two later, I actually studied the menu. It was then I realized they only list the grande and venti sizes -- no tall. So for a latte-type beverage, you're looking at a $5 minimum drink. As a guest this was pretty irritating, but props to them for pumping up the average order cost? That aside, service is, well, serviceable but not really friendly. Wait in line, you'll eventually get your drink, you're done. It could be worse, but it could be better too. So make sure to check the menu, especially if you're on a budget!

Stopped here for coffee. There is often a line but it moves fast. Good coffee and better service. I would return.

It's a shame that places located in a major conventional center have to over charge and this place is no different. Only two sizes of coffee Grande / Venti cheapest 3.50 but then if you want or need coffee there you go.
